Well, USA has nuclear bombs too haven't they. Somebody said this, I find it hard to believe... Does working out every day really make your muscles weaker (or just not grow) because they don't have time to grow? Yes, they grow alot better if you give them good rest. Rest is one third of muchle grown, the other third is food and the other oblivously workout. I've heard all of them ar as important. Don't know what the actual word is in english but everyday working out without rest can also overload your body, which is bad.

Every exercise that burns fat. You can't "target" fat burning unfortunately. :( No pain, no gain - Rocky :wink:

You mean tricepts? Very easy way to tell what muchles some exercise affect is just to feel what muchles are sensitive or painful by touching them or strething them in next day of the workout.

Without money you mean without weights? Pushups don't affect biceps so that can be a problem. And getting strong pecs is a problem too without weighs. So I suggest you invest some money to your body and buy a gym membership, you won't regret it. :wink: Without money you could do 3 rounds of push ups, test how many you can do each round and then start increasing the amount as you get stronger. for example 2 first rounds 20 and the last round as many as you can. Sit ups the same and you may also want to searc the internet for different kind of ab exerchises. Then you could try Chin ups for the biceps and back muchles, if you have a place where you can do it. Those you just do 2 or 3 rounds as many as you can.

Oh you must be speaking of fingers horizonally. :lol: I must be the missing link indeed because I didin't get it earlier. I have 4 from eyebrowns. To woman: 5 doesn't sound that bad.

What fingers are you speaking of, it can't be actual fingers because then I would only have 1 finger to my hairline from my nose end or eyebrowns.

It's just a colour and I think people shouldn't give a [cabbage]. But unfornately it's some kind of gay signal if a man wears it. So I wouldn't wear it not only because of the 'gay signal' but because I just don't like the colour, definetely not my colour. Ok, I have 256 Mt DDR RAM by default. So if I'd purchase https://www.teraset.net/product_details.php?p=213 this for instance, would it double my computer speed, is it that simple? Or is this even a thing that i'm looking for? And how do I know if it's complitable whit my computer? For example, does the hardrive matter?

I was thinking of buying more RAM to my computer but don't really know anyhting about buying ram, so since you guys here at tech forum know so much about computers I thought I'd ask here. So, 1. How do youe xactly buy more RAM? Is it easy to instal? 2.Cost?

People should have that much intelligense that they can choose those things. If youre driving on a calm drveway it's completetely ok to stuff something into your mouth with one hand. All people don't even use both hands to control the wheel so why not? That sounds horrible to me. Letting people have their own judgement on what's ok to eat? People are idiots. By that logic, a person would be ok to eat an ice cream behind the wheel. Sure, we'd all love it, but it's ridiculous. But if it's in his opinion it's ok to eat behind the wheel of a moving vehicle, according to you, he should eat his metaophorical cake. Reminds me of the British Law on intruders into the home. You are allowed to use "reasonable force". What the hell defines reasonable force? Ricky Hatton's reasonable force is probably my haymaker. Yeah, people are idiots. I almost forgot. It's a shame. Offtopic: Reasonable force would be that you don't kill or give any life time handcapping or brain damage. But again, how do you do that?
