Beer and sauna is a good combination except for the fact that if your drinking beer from a metal can it gets so damn hot! Burn! Yeah but don't get too drunk and fall asleep. I heard one story that somebody went to sauna drunk alone and fell asleep, the sauna was that kind that it didin't turn off by itself. In the morning the someobody found him and he was roasted like a crishmas ham.

Whoah nice to see that you took a time and write this quite long guide just to help fellow boarders . I could add some things if you don't mind. 1. Don't forget to do aerobic training (running, etc.) and steches too so that your body doesn't get unflexible and so that your lougnts (spelling?) and blood circulation gets better too. 2. Change your exercises from time to time (for example every 3 months), so that the muchles don't get too used to the excersises. Oh and how much is a pound as in kg:s? Anyways I think it's enought to get 1,5 g:s for every kg in your body. Some preofessionals eat 2x amount, thats ok but I wouldn't eat any more than that as the non used protein transforms into fat. Also going to gym is far better option than doing exersises at home, as for exersise morale. Atleast that was the case with me. I used to do exercises with my dads old weights. They werent in the best condition and the carage was dusty and sometimes cold. So I had lots of time big breaks in my exercising and I wasn't really going anywhere. Around two months ago I started to going to gym it's definetely more fun and easier to do all the exersises.

Actually I've heard that jumping in icy water inmediatly can be pretty unhealthy, worst case can hearh stroke. If you let it cool down a little bit thought it's good for you thought. I've tried it in the winter to forzen lake, frehreshing experiense if you dare to go to in. :P In summer thought, in a cottage, I remember me and my brothers heated the sauna all the way max we could ans tryed to stick the as long as we could and then run to the lake. Normally the water would feel like it was little cold, but after that it feeled warm, very good feeling.

My dad and one of his friends told they got ice cream. And they didin't. :( I was around 5 years old and it was hot summerday. I was very disapointed :lol: .

I don't think offtopics situation is bad or anything. And there have been some good topics too lately. But I came from 4 days vacation tuesday and there were only two and half pages of non readed topics.

There are sauna alsost in every house in here finland :) . I go sauna almost every week, it's relaxing. Kinda like joga, meditation or something.

If I will ever have children, I definetely won't homeschool them. I have all these good and some bad too memories from school and I wouldn't change them away. Homeschooling sounds kinda boring but thats just my opinion.

We live in semi-anarchy or anarchy democracy. People got bored of taxes and such and found them to be old fashioned. So there were huge revolutions and protests. And slowly the taxes were cut out. People decide from things with internet votings, meetings and such. The only thing that reminds us from the old democrachy is that there is voluanteer police forces to keep crimes of the street, maintained volunteary. People don't live their lives in just one country anymore that much, because there aren't so tight country boundaries anymore and because there are no taxes. Army is no more because people formed more organizations which try to get rid of war. almost all poverty has been eliminated because of powerfull organizations who give money to poor people. But there could be mega cityes like in juddge dredd. Or then it could be just like nowadays, but so that some countries suck alot more and some countries got alot wealthier. Technology will be much better and we don't clean our houses by ourselves anymore (atleast not the richer people don't). Because of cleaner bots. More advanced than todays cleaning bots ofcourse, some of them even fly like flyes.

I've been intresting about reggae lately, but i don't know any bands.. except bob marley ofcourse. (But don't really know any songs of his) Can someone please recommend me some good songs and/or artists of reggae. I'm desperate :P .

Nice list, thanks. :) Actually that requires programming. You can make very very simple games without programming. With programming you can make actual games. It uses it own programming language. I'm making a kinda 1player rts/arcade medieval game with it at the moment. If it ever gets ready I post it here :) . Btw, whats that "-1 player" supposed to mean. If it means that you can only make 1 player games, youre worng :wink: .
