Well, Enzock's pretty awesome. Corruption is a top tier clan that always offers a challenging fight to its opponents. Well known for their organization and determination on the battlefield.

The Gladiatorz vs. 3v0lution X + Dangerous Business
Glimtee replied to Knightmar3's topic in Wars & Run-Ins
I'm glad I had renewed members the day before o; -
Where closed clans are concerned, I'd have to go with TMRD. One of the most respectful clans of the time period they were alive in. They were also extremely well organized, and the strongest TA clan for quite some time.
-
Gladz use Teamspeak, but I have both Teamspeak and Ventrilo. Although I'm more familiar and comfortable with Teamspeak, I prefer the audio quality produced by Ventrilo.

I'm a fan of the leather boots. They give you the bare minimum where stat boost is concerned without inhibiting your magic.

Oh yeah Nice work o;

Nobody expects them to be do well in their fights, which is why they are currently under-rated. Their organization is also constantly down played by the clan community, when they really perform quite well in matched option fights and such.

TRWF. If they can manage to start pulling upwards of 80 again they can do some serious damage as they have quite a bit of experience in using large numbers of individuals efficiently.

Pirate-Themed Trawler In celebration of the largest non-religious, non-official, and non-annual holiday, Gladz will be hosting a pirate-themed Trawler Event. The holiday is 'Talk Like a Pirate' day. you can find more information on it here: http://www.talklikeapirate.com/ What: Pirate-Themed Trawler When: Friday, September 19th, 2008. 6:30pm EST, 11:30pm GMT Where: Meet on world 100 at Ardougne South bank. If you're late you can meet us at Port Khazard. Event information You'll need bailing buckets/swamp paste. If you do not have any of those, bring some money with you so that you may purchase the supplies. Pirate Theme: Break out the pirate hats, hooks and eye patches. Since you'll be talking like a pirate, you may as well look the part.

Nope. We have predesignated meeting areas for events and such, though. And it's quite frequent that we run into one another in Edgeville or at the Grand Exchange. Promotions and such are dealt with on the boards.

Moriquendi Vs. Reckoning Day, Fullout and Matched
Glimtee replied to Sledge's topic in Wars & Run-Ins
Good job Mori. I would've expected a higher turnout from both though, but I'm sure we can attribute general inactivity to all clans due to school starting back up again, which would mean individuals no longer have as much time as before to play. -
Extremely entertaining fight.

The first round was a nice change of pace from the usual melee+binds.

Many clans use infinite run actually, and it is a generally accepted pre-war preparation to assist a clan in their warring effort to come out on top. Most clans insist that their members who are P2P get the 'As a First Resort' quest done, so that they may more easily keep up with their target, and tank considerably better. I believe the use of the ring is fair in wars. If someone puts in the little-to-no effort required to obtain it, they should be able to benefit from its use. My clan does not ban its use. Although it's use is more obvious than that of infinite run(at least to detect, as the restore energy is accompanied by an animation), it's still quite difficult to detect if an individual conceals himself well while using it, which makes it all the more difficult to enforce, and simply causes unnecessary bickering.

I missed that, unfortunately. Glad we did well though.

There needs to be a slight adjustment made for your video link. Asides from that, nice work.

Nicely done Impact. The force you managed to produce with your head-on collision was definitely unexpected.

I was about to post this, but you beat me to it. Nicely done Mister Myk

No bananna? :( Grats Gladz, LF is a pretty tough clan. There was no banana in my pocket unfortunately, but I did find this one:

I enjoyed that fight

How will the new graphics affect the clan world?
Glimtee replied to The Observer's topic in Clan Discussions
Clans may start banning full screen if IRC drops in activity everywhere. A clan's primary goal is to increase the enjoyment one can obtain from playing the game. If an individual enjoys playing fullscreen and a clan attempts to ban the use of full-screen, that would be going against that philosophy. So I highly doubt that will occur. That being said, IRC is a great way to communicate to your clan mates in an outside-of-game point of view, but this can also be achieved through TeamSpeak, and audio programs, which will allow one to communicate while playing in fullscreen. -
