IT boosts your skill level up to 100. So if you have 99 hp and are wearing a skill cape you will always be at 100hp and after there are 100hp total inflicted on you then you will die. You get 100 prayer points instead of 99 when you are wearing the cape.

For power ranging the flesh crawlers in the SoS would be pretty good. There is a safe spot and there are like 10 in the room. They also respawn reather quickly.

I thought it was 70 but it might be 60. You can get in through the skills strength, agility, range, and hp (I think)

I heard from someone that lvl 126's were getting owned by them selves in god wars so I would definitely go with a team. As for the ZMI altar you pretty much don't need a talisman, just the ess. You click on it and it gives you a random rune but you get twice the exp. Here is the article in the RS Knowledge Base.

My plans (this might help you) was to do hill giants until 70 range then do lessers from there one. You get pretty good exp and drops.

^That's a pretty good black outfit. Grim reaper hood, priest gowns, zombie boots, black cape. Just switch the bow for like a black scimmy, gloves for whatever they said, and get a black kite/defender.

Mine, rc, fish, or wc. Any of those ways could get you pretty good money. You just have to find the one you enjoy most.

That depends on wheter you buy or cut your logs and if you string them or not. Also if you high-alch them or sell to a store of some type.

If you were to fish I would buy a bunch of fish bait, go to barb vil, and fish pike than sell. You can also get trouts/salmons but you fish more trout than salmon (at least I do) and pike just about evens it out. It also take up less bank space. BTW: At 59 cooking I am pretty sure that you do not burn salmon.

You shouldn't do that. You don't get much more than he already has and his stats aren't that bad. I would say just mine, wc, fish, or rc. Sorry if this is illegal advertising but you can join one of the KSA shops and make 100% profit for what orders you do :D
