I agree completely. If atleast 80% or 90% of F2Ps were sane enough, I would think that giving forum privileges is a good idea, but since we, the sane F2Ps (yeah, I'm sane. Atleast in a few moments) are like... uhh, 10%? we shouldn't. Besides, who needs RS's official forums when you have this forum? Well said. But how about F2Ps are allowed to some RSOF parts only when they reach -let me think- 900+ total lvl? At this total most of F2P should be sane enough and understand not to post n00bish topics ;) I chose 900+ though it's really hard to reach 60 in all skills

Terrible idea.I lol'd at it. OT: 1. Capes of Achievement. = 3x as hard to get 99 in f2p. 2. All spells which does not contain p2p stuff and no entangle. = Mage stinks now on f2p, It ends at 59 mage. Like someone said TB-lite would be nice (3 minutes). 3. Yew bows and arrows between addy and rune (or even rune). = Range is like wtf on f2p too, believe me. Max is like 18 with ADDY. And I've heard that members don't use yew-bows anyways. 4. Wilderness capes. = Would help a lot in clan-wars and in PKing. not that a big deal to JaGEx for making 'em f2p. That's all for now. Your chance to not get banned with that name, including new JaGEx banning system is around 15-20% I guess. They don't care if you have been playing for 5 years or even created The First Account Of RSC. I'm afraid of getting banned with my name too. Yea, blue phats are like around 400M ea i think, and those boots ain't so good, +1 or +2 in def, but Skull Sceptre rocks. If you collect all four pieces from all four levels you can make yourself Skull Sceptre, which can tele you to barb village 5 times!

One more ripper sorry :wink: 1-more bank space - 20 spaces mroe so it is 2.5 rows, that would end that half-row which confuses me all the time. 2-more quests - c'mon, at most one a year, they are same for 3 years as im playing, bored... 3-more skills - plenty of them, no need. 4-access the forums - OK, but 1 year of playing restriction (no NOOB spam). 5-if not, skill capes - sure, it's almost twice as hard to get 9 in F2P than P2P 6-more items! - no way dude, at least new mage robes and a bow for 40 lvl. where would you stuff all that ??? 7-more people on friends/ignore lists - plenty of space. delete quit friends and old ignored ppl. 8-more area in runescape map - umm, it would be cool to have some new areas. 9-mini-games! - naah, they must be for members. 10-more monsters to fight - a new high lvled NPC so lvls 90+ won't go to hillyz or moss, it annoys lowers. 11-duel arenas - c'mon, duels in wildy sucks. let us go to duel arena. 12-just plain more things to do - uuh, I don't see problem with it, though for higher lvl should be some better stuff to do. 13-more ways to make money - there are lots of way in F2P, no problem with that. By the way, I am 100% F2Per, and it is my opinion, which I think is pretty suitable for almost everyone. Dude, remember you were that "FREE WORLD SCUM" too, so you are insulting us, you are insulting yourself. Don't think you aren't a scum if you spend your money for members so you think you are better than us. Some of us have better plans than spend a 5$/month for a game.

Umm i have done that with airs a little bit, so I think that works here too. 1. It's like you carry your ess noted and you give the runner 25 laws and 25 noted ess for his 25 unnoted ess (so he runs to bank and unnotes it). 2. Or you give him money for it (I think airs was 2K), if the ess you are using was given by runner and you wish to leave the laws to yourself. 1st is if you need just exp, 2nd if you want magic AND rc exp, though it need money. Feel free to correct me if I am wrong.

well I wanted to tell it, just I was in a hurry. Yes, you couldn't run, eat or tele until both players hit 3 times. That's my knowledge about it, I don't know exactly. Someone could say it 100% accurate please ?

Yea, pking nowadays is sooo leet (lol don't know that word in english, coz I live in Lithuania, I know it my language). Like you attack even higher lvl with full rune, if you are lucky to hit few 12-14+ in a row he teles or runs or w/e... I have no idea what PKing was in RSC, haven't played that, but I think I want RSC's rules here ^^. And now is a lot of PJers and taggers, so it's hard to PK solo, you are gonna die soon in unfair fight. You must ask to fight them if you don't wanna be flammed or reported for attacking or whatever. About that 3-hit system: Tele run eating was forbidden in it yea? Well now it is called honour, coz you can do it all the time. Oh, I almost forgot the most needed things: if you meet guy in full rune, you must say "def noob", or if in full iron "pure noob". One more thing, if you kill somone in wildy, you MUST yell something like "z0mg 1 own33d jo0 nub!!!" P.S. The last sentences are most important :P P.S.S. longest post in TIF ^^

Dragon Slayer gives around 18,750 att and str exp if you kill the dragon with agresive technique, I tried it too, got att and str 2 lvl up
