No, we also have the Easter Event, so if I had to guess we will get Warbands next week, with Easter on Thursday. At least I think so... I'm not so sure though. I thought it said the guthix butterflies were there instead of an easter event. EDIT:

Is there any way to get a higher chance of obtaining the chime only voyages that offer more than the regular voyages? I have enough jade for now, I just need chimes. There might be something you can build that increases the chance of them.

Any word on if the armour update buffs and/or nerfs skill capes/fire cape/tokhaar stats?

Out of those four, Agility is definitely the one you should use lamps on.
