if youre p2p, experiments are good for xp only and you should train on slayer tasks to get slayer up until you can kill abyssal demons. if youre f2p, flesh crawlers and ice giants are great places to train with your stats.

do barrows. the chance of a barrow item is greater than the chance of dragon legs or skirt from metal dragons.

the best think i pked was a set of rune in f2p.

i hit 22's with range more often then 15 or whatever with mage and i can reuse arrows.. its a bit hard to hit the melee brothers even if your range is in the 90s, and you can cast any spell in armor. i suggest magic dart or fire blast. you get minds and death runes pften at the end of a barrow trip

you catch about 1 shark every 30 seconds with 76 fishing, so about 15 minutes per load.

You need a P2P quest to unlock those prayers.. In other words.. no you unlock on p2p, but you can use them on both f2p and p2p

it took me 8k to get from 65-70 on rock crabs. it might take around 10k to get to 70 from fire giants
