Dont jump to conclusions that someone is cheating plz people. yes, it is with rings of recoild like level 3s with 40+ slayer. 99% of the level 3 skillers level slayer with genies (and certain quests). or a combination because lamps give too little xp and there arent many quests than give slayer xp that level 3 skillers can do.

For the "barrows" gloves, yes. I don't know about the dragon gloves, you may just have to beat all the miniquests and get up to the part where you have to fight the Culinomancer. yes, you beat all the miniquests to get dragon gloves.

just do metal dragons. A trip to the barrows usually takes 15-20 minutes and you get about 3k per trip, so metal drags are the best for money and xp.

It's usually crowded at mage trees and its slow to get logs, and shark fishing is slow too. I'd choose sharks over magics but i reccoment monkfish for leveling and money.
