Honestly you shouldn't be afraid to go there. I go down there all the time to range blk demons and I hardly ever see anyone there. On the rare occasion that I do see someone they're just a fellow blk demon killer. It's only like lvl 5 wildy tops so if you do see a pker you can easily run or tele. As for a world, I don't think that one world is better then another, just pick a world and see if there is anyone there. If there is someone there and it makes you uncomfortable, just switch worlds.

Yes it's very possible to complete DT as a pure, i'm sorry that I can't tell you more, but rest assured that is possible. Just a little FYI, you will have to do Priest In Peril. The reward from Priest In Peril consists of prayer xp. You'll probably be level 11 prayer after the quest.

Could someone explain to me the fastest way to lvl constrution from 1-50 as well as the cost effective way? Also how much do you think each method will cost? All help is greatly appreciated.

We don't, the only way to get rune (t) or (g) legs/skirt is to complete treasure trails (clue lvl 3) and get them as rewards.

They don't just make anyone a mod. Mods are trusted players that report honest abuse. Does it really matter what lvl they are? You are making it sound like they just pick low lvl people who report every little thing, or a mod wannabe. They do extensive research before selecting someone for a mod. The best way to find out what it takes to become a mod is to just read what jAGeX wrote about it on the Runescape website. If you go all the way to the bottom of the page on the left side there is a link called "Find out about player mods" click on that and then there are some FAQ's and one of them is what it takes to become a player mod.

Looking at your stats, you could easily fish lobbies in the fishing guild for money. You could then try to cook them or just sell them raw. You could also do nat or law running. Or you could just pick and spin your own flax.

Honestly it shouldn't matter if your at a place with 2-4 rocks or a whole plethora. It takes 1 hit to mine iron with a rune pic axe and not that long for the ore to respond. To use Dragon Hally you need to do Regicide quest, you need 56 agility. In order to do Regicide you must have completed Plague city, Biohazard, and the Underground pass.

Dragon Hally definately, and if you buy off players it's only 270-300k.

Is it worth my time to kill Infernal Mages? What do you guys think about they're drops? They look pretty decent according to tip.it's bestiary.
