For Melee xp, I like to train at the Zombie monkeys at Ape Atoll, the skeletons/zombies in Chaos Tunnels and the Dagannoths in Chaos Tunnels/Waterbirth Island. When I want Magic xp when killing monsters, I go to Giant Rock Crabs or Rock Lobsters For Ranging xp, Dagannoths at Lighthouse (cannon), Aberrant Spectres in Slayer Dungeon (cannon) or the Wallasalkis in the Dagannoth Lair (cannon + rune c'bow and broad bolts). If you are lucky, the drops from Wallasalkis (mainly the skeletal gloves) should pay for the cannonballs/prayer pots used. They also drop a lot of blue charms.

Im absolutely sure it's West Ardougne (had the clue myself). After the graphic update the buildings in West Ardougne were a bit different, and so the clue had to change. If you go there now, you'll see the clue map on your minimap ingame.
