Had a pretty good kara run tonight. We didn't have any priests on so we had a fairly odd group, looked like this: rogue rogue lock lock paladin (holy) paladin (holy) paladin (prot OT) Druid (feral tank) Druid (resto) Shaman (elemental) So yeah a really weird group. Anyways we 1 shot attuman (ezmode) and even though we had a line of sight issue near the end of maiden (ended up having to do that twice) we did well on moroes. We ended up swaping a lock with a priest that came on, and we did this: Kill 1. Paladin OT's 1. (kill 2nd) Chain paladin fear 1. Shackle one. It worked out amazingly well and we 2 shot him. First time we were getting the plan down (usually we have enough so we can shackle two and frost trap one.) Sadly I didn't get any loot (dagger didn't drop lol) but I did hit honored and got the epic ring, so thats nice. Figured I would show what my current UI looks like. Other reason i'm posting it is that those two dead bodies have been above orgs mailbox for ages, the gnome above him is named 'lolmail'. Everytime I see them I don't fail to laugh, its great. :lol:

I remember building a pretty decent laptop for around $1500 on dells site back when I was looking into them later. You should be able to get a pretty decent dedicated card along with an intel 2 duo core, like blade stated. Check HP or dell. Its the summer so a lot of deals are going to be popping up.

Mind saying how its weak? It blows my current out of the watter, and keep in mind that my current can run many games on all highs. This one I'll overclock a bit and it'll be great, and the good thing is it is plenty upgradeable as well. :) Anyways I'm building the machine tomorrow. I was a bit worried about the size of the case (thought it was smaller) but I figure this is fine. Its a really damn sturdy case too, and has plenty of room for good air flow.

What I meant is it shouldn't mater if it is your first time or not, you should be focusing on the fact that you got married -- not that you're about to have sex for the first time. So your argument changed from "it can still be special" to "it doesn't matter"? Seems like a cop-out. What I was trying to say is it can be special. I think its a special way to celerabate a marriage, regardless of if you have done it before or not. Either way to be honest I don't think we're going to change each others views here. I got the case a bit late today (7:00PM) so I'm going to build the PC tomorrow after I get off work :). Its a bit larger than my current but oh well.

Hopefully it won't be as godawful boring as Blair Witch Project was. The trailer looks cool and has definitely got me interested though.

First of all, I'm probably older than you and I know a few people in this thread are probably older as well. It isn't childish to enjoy playing video games (or in my case to want to work on them). I'm not going to bother typing anymore, but your ignorance is outstanding. Not like I didn't already know that. edit: I've also accumulated my collection over some 16+ years. (been gaming since I was 3). Its not hard to get a good collection over that amount of time.

I disagree with you a bit rob. As far as Video games go Nostalgia is a powerful thing. I urge you, try to go back and play a classic game for a long period of time. Yeah some of the classics never die -- mario, sonic, ect. but most of the time its a short affair. You can't just go back and play a classic for a while again. Video games, just like any medium, have evolved. They have gone past simple objectives or goals and have really developed into so much more. RPG's are built with so much depth these days, FPS's can allow larger and more intense battlegrounds and fire fights. MMORPG's, as well, have really burst into the scene. I do resent the fact that you singly targeted these out as a source of the problem. I disagree however, I think that MMORPG's in themself are a huge thing to have happened to video games and have literaly exploded in growth in the past few years. Yes right now we are in a bit of a slump but so many are on the horizon. Age of Conan, Warhammer Online and so many other flagship titles that are chalanging what a good MMO can be. Large party games still exist. And even on handhelds a lot of new 'classic style' games are being made. Contra 4 is coming out for the DS and the mario offerings on it have been solid as well. The point is its a good time to be a gamer in my opinion. Yeah I loved the classics, I'm sure everyone did, but to be able to get something that has more than just a mindless goal is great. As far as music goes, it is evolving. People in the 80's probably thought the same thing, and likewise in the 70's...60's...ect. There are still many unique musical acts. Yes they aren't shown on TV or are very popular but they are out there. I have heard some simply amazing music come out in the past few years that sometimes redefined what a style can do or be. TV wise I don't watch it, so really I can't comment on that.

Well you bought an OEM hard drive which means it comes with just the hard drive (and sometimes a manual). The SATA cables should have came with the motherboard or atleast a few of them should. Thats if you got a retail motherboard and not an OEM. Ah ok, I'll look in that now! edit: it did.

Ok I got everything today except the case which is coming thursday. However the hard drive did not come with a SATA cable or power cable. I'm probably just going to get those at best buy and was wondering what to look out for. I found what a SATA cable would be (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... 6812104150) but IDK about the power. Figured that comes with the drive :/.
