1. What's the most efficient training method for mining? Is it superheating gold mined from concentrated ores? 2. What's the fastest mining experience? 3. Most efficient training method for fishing from 81-90? If it's barbarian fishing, what's second best? (I hate barbarian fishing haha.) I'm thinking of doing rocktail from 90+ (purely because I want to afk it), but if it's too slow/inefficient, I might pass. (If you want to know, I'm only training for Elite diary tasks.) 4. What is are the approximate woodcutting xp rates for ivies, sawmill, and teaks? Which is most efficient? Sorry those questions were all along the same gist. :P Thanks in advance. :D

It's from the specific herb that the gloves are named after.

Thanks brodiep! You answered my questions 2, 3, and 4. I'm still a bit confused on 1 and 5 however. For #1, I understand the concept of Prestige, and how it works. However, I'm having two problems with it. Firstly, how is the number that is printed in the reward screen calculated? Secondly, I feel like I've had weird encounters that just don't follow the idea of Prestige. Long story short, the first time I completely Floor 1, I had 0 Prestige, yet the second time around, I had 84. I've had weird trends, experiencing a # of 0 Prestige on my first time ever completing a floor. For #5, I understand what you're saying - however I'm unable to play Floor 4 at level 7. I have completed Floor 3 before as well. If you have any more input - i.e. you know what I'm saying - another response would be appreciated. Thanks either way. :) Thanks Sworddude198. I have completed Floor 3 before, so I don't think that's the problem at this point, but I'll keep that in mind if I ever have the same problem again. Jagex has contradicted itself on this one. In the Knowledge Base, it says you need twice the level of the floor you want to go to, not twice the level minus 1. In the skill interface in game, however, it says what you're saying here. This has gotten me a bit confused. Yeah I see what you're saying. :/ The inconsistencies between ingame and the Knowledge Base may or may not be related to the problem. However, I've been able to do a dungeon on Floor 2 at Level 3 Dungeoneering, so I'm really not sure. Thanks though. :)

Hey guys! So I started Dungeoneering (would've preferred Raiding, but whatever :P ), and some things have been confusing me. 1. How is the Prestige # calculated? I mean the second number under base exp. (The second number of which average is taken.) Note: I don't need an explanation on the concept on Prestige, I'm just confused as to where the number comes from - I got 0 Prestige my first time on Floor 1, but my second time I got 34 Prestige. This was all without resetting mind you. 2. How is time taken to finish a floor factored into the final xp? 3. Why have I gotten a negative Guide Modifier when my guide wasn't on? Or a better question would be, is my guide actually on? 4. On the same picture shown above, I was getting a -34% multiplier for a level-5 Complexity. However, in the following picture, I should be actually getting a -30% multipler. Is this a glitch, or are there other factors regulating that multiplier? 5. What regulates the floor you can access in Dungeoneering? I am currently level 7, and I got a message saying I can reach level 4 floors, but I can't pull the slider any further down in this picture... Any answers would be greatly appreciated. I'm under the impression that Jagex released another glitchy POS, but I hope someone can prove me otherwise. Thanks!

[hide=Spoiler] Sorry Nomad, but CW > SW. :D [/hide]

Could you give us more information? For example: - What type of fighting are you going to do? Are you going to train Slayer, kill bosses, play SW or PC, or kill maximum efficiency monsters like experiments or rock crabs? - How much money you have right now, and what can you really afford? As of now, I'd personally suggest Guthans, because it's healing effect is useful in many cases. If you plan on slaying, get Guthans. If you plan on killing boss monsters, in most cases you'd probably want either Guthans or Veracs. Dharoks isn't a very important set - it's more for PKing, but it's loads of fun for hitting high. Torags is just defensive, and as a set is entirely useless.

I've tried this before with fishing potions I believe. Neither staying potted the whole trip, nor potting before the ship turned back worked. This was before the Trawler update (remember when you got 1 manta every 3 trips?), so I'm not sure if they changed it. I think it's fair to assume that it wouldn't work though.

:P If you take out your time to post something nice for me, I try and do the same for you. It's always great to see a new post lol. Thanks! :D I don't know if I'll be heading back soon - I cancelled membership a few weeks ago - but who knows what'll happen? Maybe I'll get it back in the winter or summer. Good luck to you if you ever wish to go down there! :) Thanks! It's Tlin25's drop logger. Here's the link: http://abstract.cs.washington.edu/~tlin/drops/drops.pl . Good luck on your logs! ;) Lol you can always solo. :P If you're more into duoing, I'm sure showing your friend a few solo claws would change his mind. Good luck getting some when you head back down there! Yes, they are amazing! 1 pair, and you'll already have enough to upgrade from a whip to a godsword! (Well not an SGS right away, but you get my point lol.) 3-4 pairs, and you'll have 99 prayer banked. So yes, the cash comes in [relatively] quickly there. ;) Yeah lol, I got carried away near the end. Good luck doing WGS! If you ever need help, you can pm me for sure. I don't know if I'll be actively playing then, but if I am, I'll make sure to give you a response. If I'm not available, you can always check the guides in AoW and General Guides on this forum - those are pretty good. Sorry if I raved about dry streaks. :-# Like I said, I felt my post got ranty towards the end. I didn't intend to get any pity for my dry streaks - the reader, as well as myself, both saw how the dry streaks were made up for in the end. However, I honestly don't believe I'm lucky. And while 900 kills may not be enough to truly determine the drop rate of claws, you have to keep in mind that by watching the slow increase of kills from 0 all the way to 900, I saw some items trending towards similar numbers to each other, constantly passing each other and often at times having very close numbers of drops. One set was Herbs, Seeds, and Rune Maces. Another was all 3 ruined dragon pieces (clearly, unless you want to make the argument that one piece is more common than another). Another was Claws, Rune Chains, Rune Meds, and Prayer Potions. Those trends are where I get my belief that my drop rate should be fairly accurate. I do not firmly stand besides a 107 drop rate - like I said, it can be anywhere from 80 (which I highly doubt) to 140 (which I'm leaning towards). I do believe I got a bit lucky towards the end. I do not, however, agree with a 200 rate of claws - if that were so, I'd expect a lower rate for Rune Chains, Rune Meds, and Prayer Potions as well. Like I said, I can't obviously prove myself as right. But I can't agree with you either, unless you recorded every drop of every single kill. Unless it's documented, you can't prove it. Sorry I seem like a total douche right now, but that's the truth. #-o I can believe you if you had a counter to add 1 kill for every single demon you killed. However, I can't see every drop you got, so I can't see if perhaps your luck tended towards the other rare drops, or you got less rare drops completely, or whatever the problem was. Whatever the case is, whether I'm right or you're right, or we're both wrong, I do wish you the best of luck at TD's. I'm sorry if I came across to you as ridiculously lucky - maybe I am and I just can't see it. I know a lot of people think I'm lucky. And there are other people who are lucky. Perhaps certain people just get better luck than others at certain places. Whatever is the case, whatever your luck seems to be at, and whatever you enjoy doing - stick with it. Good luck with whatever you plan on killing! ;)

Thanks! It shouldn't be too hard. If nothing else works, you can always trap the north center demon on the huge rock while killing the northeast demon (as I did in my 4th and 5th pair of claws) - it's probably the safest spot out there. Good luck! Thanks! After PC'ing the whole thing, I believe it's 870m-ish. Shame I haven't hit 1b yet. :( Hopefully when I get members back again, claws won't be worthless, so I can achieve that! : Haha thanks so much! :D I tried to make the read interesting... Although I feel it got long and ranty-ish near the end. I'm glad you enjoyed it though! I blame that on the double-addiction lol. Plus I feel like I don't GWD enough to make an Elysian/Divine worth it. Ah well. Thanks for the post! I'd guess 1.4k according to my "drop rate" for claws - I have to say it felt more like 1.6k-1.8k though. I really have absolutely no clue how many kills I did before logging though - I had a huge dry streak which I wish I had recorded. :( But yeah, I think you're in the lucky zone lol. I don't know when your luck will burn out - but even after it does, they should give you a fairly common drop rate. (I wouldn't complain with a 1/200 drop rate with the price claws are at lol.) Thanks! Once again, glad my story wasn't too ranty/long. :ohnoes: Haha I know right! It's more like 1/2 of my bank was from TD's, but I'm not complaining. :-w Maybe it's time to sell some doubles. Yeah, exactly why they are so great. I started off with about 3m/h (1/200), but as my luck got better, I went down to 1/100. Thanks for the post! Haha, good luck! The no-safespot only applies to the north-center spot, and I'm pretty sure it wasn't intended - there was problems with the way monsters moved with the last game engine update as well. I don't know if Jagex is going to fix it, but even if they don't, you can always use the southwest spot or entrance spot. Good luck with the 1k kills goal! I had wanted to reach about 2k kills myself, but I started getting bored, and wanted to end membership for a while. And good luck at getting 2-3 claws in one trip - I've seen a duo with three in one trip, but never a solo. =P~ Maybe you can be the first. I have absolutely no clue. :-# Haha, seriously though, I use it to put emphasis. I did feel like I overused it towards the end of my post though. Thanks for the post though! I'll try to keep that in mind the next time I post lol. :wall: I know how that feels (well kinda). I think you should keep at it, and as I said to someone else, log your kills (if you aren't already). Logging gives you an exact number of how many you've killed. If you've logged your kills/you're still dry after logging 400+ kills, try duos. At least then you can share your bad luck/your partner can share their good luck lol. Good luck! :) Thanks so much! OMG. I remember those days! I loved the range/darklight trick! I never really knew what was meant by when they tried to melee but couldn't - I always used DHally diagonally, so they couldn't hit me anyway. People say I'm lucky, but I think there are luckier. :P When I catch up to the guy with 30+ claws, I'll officially declare myself lucky. Until then, I'm average. You should consider taking a break from slayer to do TD's though! I do a bit of both (90 slayer and 14 claws), leaning more to the TD side of course. If this makes you feel better - Jagex hasn't nerfed the claw drop since it came out, only the fragment drops (because they were dropped ridiculously often). Good luck if you ever go back, and thanks for the post! I did too after my dry streaks. :P If you ever go back, all I can say is good luck! Maybe I'll rage back at you some day? ;) It's fixed now sadly. You could do it with the latest update by dropping "destroyables" while banking. They'd end up on the floor, and you'd have about 1 minute to get a replacement and pick up the one you dropped. 94 Attack 94 Strength 94 Defence 99 Hitpoints 90 Prayer 98 Range 90 Summoning Although a lot of my kills were done with 85 Prayer, 80 Summoning (using a Bunyip), and about 95-ish Range and 90-ish Melees. Thats amazing dude. CLaws are like 1/250ish. Haha I think they're a little more common than that lol. Congratz on the spear! I got one of those a few days ago actually lol. All you need for TD's is melee and range. You could always duo and be the meleer, or if you really don't wanna do that, you should chin up to 85 range, which is sufficient enough to solo at a decent rate. Good luck! P.S. I hate smiley limits. Really. :-#

Like I said, I don't really wanna show my set-up. Sorry. :( I will tell you that I do use Void and a GS (as opposed to Barrows/etc. and a halberd). I think I used a Ring of Wealth for one or two of my Claws by accident, but normally, I do not use RoW. Thanks for the complements! :D Haha thanks! Thanks! And as for the question, well, I think I do. :ohnoes: I mean I enjoy going there, and I really like TD's for the 100 or so kills after claws. However, when I get on a long dry streak (150+), I usually make myself head back to get a drop out of habit. At times when the dry streak hits 200+, I'd say I just keep going to get the drop. Like I said, I haven't really soloed after the safespot nerf. I expect Jagex to fix it - it was caused by the game engine similarly to how Rex lures and Fight Cave lures were changed after the last game engine update (remember few years ago? ;) ). The only difference is this update clearly makes the north safespot impossible to use unless the TD changes to melee. But if I were to go back, I would either solo at the entrance spot, or do what I did for my 4th and 5th claws (use the northeast demon, while having the north-center demon get himself stuck because he does the magic special attack without having a clear target). You could also try the southwest spot if you hally, but I can't stand hally tbh. Haha it's worth it in the end. Especially if you're a quest lover like me. See, that's what I thought before I got my 2nd pair of claws. I can't really estimate how long the dry streak was, but I think I really overexaggerated it (not saying you are, but people do tend to). I'd suggest logging kills if you ever go back. Considering I think the worst dry streak possible is in the 500's if you actually log every kill, I think if you log kills, you'll find out you're doing less kills than you think you did, or you'll get claws quite quickly. Either way, best of luck if you ever head back! Haha thanks! :) Thanks! I don't really think I'm too lucky though. If those people have luck like that, you should tell them to log kills. If they get 5 Rune Med, Rune Chain, and Prayer Potion drops without any Claws, I'd agree, they're awfully unlucky/I'm really lucky. I'm not sure though. Thanks! I don't think it's that great - it'd have more potential (i.e. rares/spirit shields) if I wasn't a double addict. And I'm sure there are a lot better banks out there. *cough* All the beast solo merchants who make 40m+ a day with their max cash stack. *cough* Well I tried after the nerf, you have to pray as long as you are fighting. (You can't range safely, cause your character jumps out.) Haha thanks! Good luck to you too. I think you can solo 10+ pairs - it might take you longer than me because near the beginning of summer/end of summer (i.e. when I wasn't working) I could pull off about 3-4 trips of TD's a day. I think anyone can do it though. In fact, I know a person with 18 solo claws, 6 duo, and another person who has 30+ claws (not sure if those include CS, but if they don't, I'd freak out  ). Haha thanks so much! :) Best of luck to you as well! Thanks! I don't think the deaths are so awesome though. But looking back, they are awesome in a funny kinda way. Yeah, it kinda sucks when you hit a rune/ppot streak. :wall: But stick with it. I could manage a perfect (as in using boosted stats and all bonus prayers) 16 kills using a bunyip in a trip. An SGS really helps you achieve that as well. Once you perfect your prayer switching (which is impossible atm with the silly prayer delay), you'll rarely get hit, and when you do, the bunyip and SGS make up for it. Good luck though!

It's been a while since I started TD's. My first trip there was the day after the quest came out (I believe it was Thanksgiving '08). After the silent update in December '08, I had gotten what I estimate to be 400+ kills, with only a lump drop. After dying once at DK's for over 25m (friend had no pray, so he couldn't bless, and we couldn't get back in time) in May 12, 2009, I went back to TD's, seeing it as the only way to get back that 20m painlessly. Shocked, after 3 kills, I got a claw drop. Since then, I found out that TD's are the best monster hunting money maker in game besides Corporeal Beast, which is debatable depending how lucky you are. Dry streaks came and went, and after my 5th claw, and over 200 dry kills, I decided to start logging my kills. I now have a semi-accurate estimate of how often claws are dropped. I will post this and my BoB at the end of my post. But enough of my talking - I'll let the pictures tell the story: Sunday, November 20, 2008 My first drop at TD's. I was able to sell this guy for 10m in GE, a huge profit at that time. I got my second shard just a few hours after the first one. I was so happy. Sadly, I couldn't manage to sell this one until it was about 5m. I was still quite happy at the time being. Sunday, December 7, 2008 My first claw drop ever. :) I was excited, as I was able to trade a Dragon Plate I smithed early on for a 3rd Age Mage Top, one of the item's I really wanted. I ended up selling this really early for a 3rd Age Mage Bottom, just to get one of the Armor sets I wanted for so long. [hide=The Trades and The Armor] [/hide] As I said earlier, there was a long time and a long dry streak that passed. But eventually... Monday, March 2, 2009 I didn't really slay TD's everyday or anything. I did, however, run a few trips a week in December and January. It's all a blur really, but I remember when this drop came, I was both upset and happy. I don't remember the price of claws at the time, but a drop is a drop. I did most of my dry kills in this spot, and for some reason, I grew a believe that this spot is extremely unlucky. Clearly, however, this is, strategically, the best spot in all of the Guthix Temple (ignoring the current nerfs as of today due to the Game Engine), and if you ever want to go TD hunting, I highly suggest you do it here. In the end, most of my claw drops were at this spot too. And then came that dreaded death at TD's. Over a 20m loss (Ranger Boots and Armadyl Plate, and Guthan, Fury - I don't even know what else). [hide=The Death][/hide] Traumatized, I headed back to TD's. And then... Tuesday, May 12, 2009 Three kills in. Surprisingly, I was about to just leave and say screw it. I couldn't take any more TD's after how many kills I did (which, at present day, I don't think was too much). But I ended up selling this baby for a good amount of money, putting me 3m up on my death. [hide=The Sale][/hide] I did decide to do some more trips some other day. So a little later... Wednesday, May 13, 2009 I was pretty happy. A free lump (my second) never hurt. A month passed. I don't really remember how it went. Finals started coming up and teachers crammed final projects. I probably didn't TD that much. After school ended... Sunday, June 21, 2009 All I can say is I was shocked. A claw so soon. Just in 2 kills. And that's when I realized - the drop rate of claws isn't bad at all. I just had a rough time between my first and second claws. I was shocked. And since it was summer, I had all the time I could get to make TD trips. I ran off quickly to sell this pair, and my serious TD Trips started. Wednesday, June 24, 2009 My only duo drop ever. It wasn't bad. A free million or so. I actually never gone back to duoing (I determine solo to be worth a lot more - you get all drops and ridiculous charms), and I hope to convince you why you should solo by the end of this thread. :P This would also be my only slice for a longgggggggggggg time. Sunday, June 28, 2009 After a long Saturday of doing trip after trip, a little past midnight, I got my 4th claw drop. I was extremely happy. This allowed me to buy a zgs and sgs at the same time I believe. This is, to date, my favorite claw drop as well, because of the view I had on my camera when I took the shot (look how damn perfect it looks there :P ). I continued using the spot I used on claws #4 because it provided 100% security from any other TD's (except southeast, should you grab your drop at the wrong time). I went on a week of vacation (sweeeeeeet!), and when I got back on Monday, July 6, 2009, I headed straight to TD's. It did get a bit rough. On the 9th of July, I died at TD's due to a disconnect. I was unable to get my internet up until 15 minutes later, and ended up losing full Void. [hide=The Death][/hide] I was pissed off. And after heading to PC, I realized how much of a pain in the [wagon] it was to get Void. This could've been the end of my TD journey. But instead, I decided to use dragonhide and head back. And on the following Saturday... Saturday, July 11, 2009 This wasn't my favorite of drops. It took quite a while to get that claw. And after losing Void, I didn't think any amount of claws could make up for the loss. I slowly ditched this spot for the north center spot - the best TD spot - and the spot I got my first lump at. Oh it was bad. My luck was awful. I did hundreds of TD kills that week. Finally, on Friday, I started to log my kills. I'll post this log at the end of my post. And on that same Friday, on the 5th drop after I started the log. Friday, July 17, 2009 Another shard. -.- God knows how I felt. Relieve, as I finally got a drop. But anger, as it was my 4th fragment drop in this spot. With no claws at all. Ugh. But the story goes on. I did manage to finally completely finish my Void set near the end of that day. And the next day... Saturday, July 18, 2009 WHOOOOOOOOOOOO! I flipped out. Claws #6. Finally. OMG. I was really happy. God knows how happy. But this isn't the highlight of my drop log. But I did notice a pattern. Did you? I got all of my claw drops on a weekend. Scroll up, will ya? My first claws was on a Sunday. Second one, on a Sunday. Third one, on a Sunday. Fourth one, on a Sunday, a little past midnight. Fifth one, on a Saturday. Sixth one, on a Saturday. "What the hell?" I thought. So I plotted. I did continue my TD Trips. But instead, I made sure that I did more trips on Saturday. It seemed to be my lucky day. "Weird, but it just might be the trick." And with more casual TD hunting... Friday, July 24, 2009 Shard #4. After pretty casual slaying. Hmmm... This might've been the trick, I thought. A shard exactly 1 week after my last shard. Wowza! And the day after... Saturday, July 25, 2009 My seventh pair. One week after. I found the gold. I found the secret. Not. The claws every Saturday didn't work out. I stopped going to TD's the next week, and only did one trip on the following Saturday. I got nothing. Ah well. I completely left TD's for a week. I saw a lot of people hit it big. One claw out of nowhere. In like one trip. And I wondered if that would work? Is it that casual slayers always get the big drops? Possibly. So I decided on a Tuesday to go back. And alas... Tuesday, August 11, 2009 #8! And with such little effort! I was so happy. I'm going to skip my 9th and 10th claw drops. They came shortly after the 8th. But boy. After the 10th claw drop, I had hit rock bottom. The claws came really fast. And I hit the dreaded dry streak again. Boy it was a pain. I did manage to get 90 Summoning and 90 Prayer after my 10th Claws. I refused to get it before my 10th claws. Why? I'll tell you right here - you don't need a Unicorn Stallion to kill TD's. You don't even need a Tortoise or a Titan. Look at my Claws #2-8. What did I use? A bunyip. A bunyip is more than you need to do TD's. If you want to kill TD's, it's more important about how fast you kill them, instead of how many you kill (which is why I also switched to a GS instead of a Dragon Halberd). But I got it anyway. I had banked the charms a long time ago. And by getting it, I doubled the amount I could kill in one trip. [hide=90 Prayer and Summoning] [/hide] But as I said, I hit a dry streak. A long one. It didn't take that long to get a drop after 90 Summon, as practically everything I did in RuneScape was hunt TD's at that point. But timewise, and energywise, it took a huge toll on me. Eventually... Thursday, August 20, 2009 My first solo slice drop. Despite the amount of kills I had to go for it (200+), I was extremely happy. My first solo slice. It was a great feeling. Anyway, not too long after (practically a few hours)... My 11th pair of claws! It was a great feeling. After about 250+ dry kills (well of claws, I did get that slice about 50 kills ago or so), I finally got my first pair with a Unicorn. And then... Another dry streak. No need for over-dramatization this time. It was 200+ kills, but I can't say I didn't see it coming. It was slightly better than my last dry streak anyway. Monday, August 31, 2009 I need to start healthier 'Scape habits haha. This one was also after midnight. Claws #12, another great one. And that's the end of my log... Or not. Remember how I skipped Claws #9 and #10. Well here they are. Friday, August 14, 2009 All in 1 trip. All consecutive drops. This is why I TD. This is proof, that TD's are the best money in game by Monster Hunting. And this is why you shouldn't duo TD's specifically for money. And this is why a Bunyip works just as effectively as a Unicorn if you know what you're doing. This is why you shouldn't teleport after a drop. This was probably the climax of my TD hunting career. I was amazed. You can just look at the screenshots at my PMs. It was amazing. This is why you shouldn't give up your hope in TD's. I'm not saying you should sacrifice your health and well-being in real life for TD's. But give TD's a chance, they will give you what you want. Here's the screenshot of the price-check of that trip at the time: I did end up teleporting because I started to lag and I wasn't in the mood to die with 2 claws and a lump drop. I hope I convinced you. But don't worry. That's not the end of it. There's more... Monday, August 31, 2009 My #13 and #14 claw drops, respectively. Yes, I did, in fact, get another double claw trip. I don't feel it's as amazing as the last one - I don't think I will ever be as amazed again as that trip. These came about 1 hour apart. The 14th was going to be my last kill. I decided to stay 1 more after that claw, but I had no luck. That, is my TD Drop Log. Now I know I promised a drop log of all my drops and drop rates. Since I know many people are dying for the real drop rate of claws... I have a total of 916 recorded, with a median kill of 2 minutes and 55 seconds. Now, just a bit of analysis for all of you. You can skip this if you're sick of me talking, but I feel like getting this off my chest. :P Although it shows up at 1/101.7, my drop rate for claws has fluctuated from anywhere from 1/80 to 1/150. I cannot give you an accurate calculation - but they aren't as rare as some of you may think, and they aren't as common as others may think. Thing is, according to Jagex, drops are split into one random wheel, and another "rarer" wheel. Everything in that "rarer" wheel includes everything under Sharks, as well as other drops like adamant javelins, Dragon Meds, Steel Arrows, uncuts, and a lot of other random stuff that I can't think of. If you want a realistic estimate, I believe the drop rate of Rune Meds, Rune Chains, Prayer Potions, and Dragon Claws is all equal. One time in my log I had more Claws, another I had less. I ended up with less. Ruined Fragments are a totally different thing, and they are much rarer than the other 4 items. I think all 3 fragments added together have half the drop rate of Claws (according to my log anyway). There is also the crap that no one wants, like half keys and Dragonstones, and uncuts, and other junk. This log was all done without Ring of Wealth. Ring of Wealth increases your chance of rarer drops. I'm guessing that means Ruined Fragments and all the other rare crap, but I cannot confirm this. If you want to log the drops yourself with RoW, feel free to. Here is the graphical list of the all the drops. I circled all the good drops because I know your eyes will hurt trying to find out otherwise. :P Watch out - it stretches the screen: [hide=Graphical List][/hide] I'm not gonna copy the whole written drop list of my drops, but here are the dragon drops: 5. Ruined Dragon Shard 108. Dragon Claws 207. Ruined Dragon Shard 270. Dragon Claws 350. Dragon Claws 363. Dragon Claws 364. Ruined Dragon Lump 365. Dragon Claws 568. Ruined Dragon Slice 612. Dragon Claws 834. Dragon Claws 892. Dragon Claws 911. Dragon Claws Note I started this log after my 5th pair of claws. And without further adieu, what most people love seeing: [hide=Latest Bank Picture][/hide] I will tell you right now, I am ridiculously OCD about doubles, and I find it really hard to sell them. :-# And just for the laughs! :D [hide=Other Deaths]Just a note - I recovered all my stuff from these deaths. ;) Was screwing around, and ended up getting KO'd haha. Had my left click option for my unicorn as "Take BoB". Couldn't heal... So...[/hide] And what turned me off so badly in my tough times. :wall: [hide=Ridiculously Rare Drops] I've had multiple uncut's before I started logging drops. I never screenied them however, because I never knew they were that rare. :o[/hide] With the recent update to the Game Engine, the north center spot is hard to lure with (you can still do it if the TD change to the melee attack style). I have started duoing instead (for fun, as I do believe it is awful money). I have 150 duo kills logged, but I have had no "rare" drops besides a half key, rune chainbody, dragonstone, and 3 prayer potion drops. Well, that's my story. I thank you all of you who read this whole post. It took several hours to compile this, put it all together, post it, and [somewhat] proofread it, so I appreciate all posts. I would love if all of you could post, but I won't, and cannot, force you too. :P Feel free to ask any questions - about TD's, life (might not be able to help you here  ), or anything else. I tend to not post my inventory pictures - I personally believe everyone should have the experience (whether you believe it's fun or not) to learn how to kill a monster the best way by themself. I do get about 32 kills a trip with a Unicorn, but I do not push myself to do more. In advance, if I ever met any of you at TD's, and I was rude, I apologize. I have gone through bad days, and occasionally get it out on players who aren't very experienced at TD's. I posted this thread because I am planning on taking a break from members once school starts, and this is basically what I've accomplished this summer. Once again, thanks for reading! ~ illicit_fun

If he used Paypal or the Internet, he should've gotten membership right away - possible he messed up. If he mailed in the cash, I think a mailman might have jacked it. :wall: Some friends told me they never got membership after mailing money.

Southwest of Falador, south of the Dark Wizards' Tower, north of the Crafting Guild. It has a specific symbol on the world map/minimap.

EDIT: ^ Oooh he beat me to it. :P Examine it. :-$ "Phoenix Gang weapon store key; easy to get for Phoenix Gang members." That being south of Aubury's Rune Shop in Varrock. You use the key to get Phoenix Crossbows if you're in the Black Arm Gang in order to get half of the Shield of Arrav in the quest "Shield of Arrav".

Eh, rather achievements, being that I never intended to reach the cash or armor, I just achieved them over time, but you can call them goals too if you want. :P Maybe? Either way I don't see it as that, seeing as everyone who claims that comes back (eventually...). I'll just refer to it as a... break. :-$

Illicit_Fun replied to Viv's topic in Achievements (Drops, Bank Pictures and Levels)
Omfg I missed it. #-o Sorry I didn't come, I keep forgetting everything. I need to get 90+ Agility soon... All you people are too fast. :P Congratz anyway. 10/10 :D -
O.o You have quite the eye to see that. I had to scroll up to see what you were talking about. +1 to that On-Topic: As long as you can get the song, it's fine for me. Thanks for finding it, I only look at the Music Jukebox when Jagex adds a new area/new quest. I don't train there anyway for it to annoy me in the first place.

Well I don't know about the drop rate for sure. One of my friends killed Dark Beasts for more than 3 hours and gave up. :? But as for the "supply and demand", I don't think it's working like that. There are very little bows, and everyone wants them. However, no one (or nearly no one) is paying a decent price for them. I saw many (actually, majority) threads offering 50k -.- - 3m yesterday. Whenever the slayer stepped down their price to sell the bow faster, the people's offers would just go down. When I looked at a seller's thread, he was selling for 6m, and only a handful of offers were there, proving that most people rather just push the price down further and quicker to get their hands on a cheap bow.

Illicit_Fun replied to Viv's topic in BlogScape (Ongoing Progress Reports and Goals)
You'll never get 99 Agility. Don't hurt me. :uhh: Good luck. : -

This is starting to upset me. I just tried to sell some maple logs, see the forums go down. I look at my friends list... Down. What's up with all this? :wall:

LOL. We've done that more than enough for you to doubt of our fight pits skills. I'm not 99def or 99hp. Done it more than once just with Kohe, and believe it or not they were higher than lvl 90 :? Anyway the praying I loved - you and your boyfriend praying in 2v1 against some lvl 90 =D> =D> Also I think I actually saw someone higher than 110 combat in your vid! Oh wait was that the guy you waited to get piled by some noobs so you could then farcast them and "Pwn" them with your hawt flail? Grow up, learn to fight in a decent world and then maybe post a decent video of you "ownin pits". In the meanwhile, I suggest you go to CASTLE WARS I hear there are alot of lvl 90s there which you and your "playing friend" could go "pwn". Nice reply to our comments? I find it easy to beat around the bush, and instead of making a rebuttal to what we said, you insult us by saying we aren't capable of making a rebuttal. Hm... "Valid rant" - start off showing you have a lot of ego (I'm sure every great ranter does this), barraging ants (no comment?), insulting people (not even true...), calling others eating noob if you do it yourself (never called anyone an eater noob)... Valid rant indeed. I've never said you haven't done more than enough of Fight Pits to have skills in it, but is there anything wrong in doubting it? Show me and I'll believe you. 99 Defence or HP? I'm sorry... 90+ Defence or HP, you happy? Do not try to insinuate that most of the people we killed were lower than level 90, majority were over 90. If you notice in the clips we may have prayed 2v1 a level 90, did you happen to bother watching and acknowledging the fact that the fight started with us getting piled? Of course you didn't. And "you and your boyfriend" - just another sign of your valid ranting skills, an attack on the opponent by a rude, unnecessary, and offensive phrase. Does it matter that most people were under level 110 in our vid? Perhaps it's because we are both 100s? Perhaps because we are smart enough to not waste our time on big groups to max our tokkul income? And waiting for him to get piled? We had to take down many people in the northwest side before working to go to him, thanks. We did our fair amount of fighting. Even in the case that we were waiting for him to get piled, maybe because that gives us a better chance of winning? I've already said my side about farcasting, but of course, valid ranters don't need to make rebuttals... Just stick to their own points and hope the other person doesn't notice. Grow up? How about you make a decent rebuttal... I'm busy repeating myself because you didn't respond to our comments, instead you just attacked us with name-calling. A decent vid of us "ownin pits"? We never said that this vid was about "ownin pits". Check the first post and the title. I'll won't address the last sentence... I think you get the picture of it not making a valid rebuttal.

Hm... If you're going to start a post against our video, at least don't start it with so much ego. I disagree with "barraging ants"... people eat and pray unlike ants... You may say there is nothing good in this video, you have the right to your opinion. However, I do not see anything wrong with no 20+ worlds, we've fought in 20+ worlds before, not vided much. Either way, a couple of 120+s in 20+ worlds can easily kill everyone in a few hits just meleeing. We fight differently than you, using mostly Magic. I see no such thing as "real fighting" and "unreal fighting". We aren't wasting runes, we use them... And we enjoy it. No skill? What is skill? Not farcasting? You are, once again, entitled to your opinion, but farcasting makes Magic good against Melee. 8 Meleers with whips versus 2 barragers in Ahrims right beside them. You do the math. I can tell you the barragers would die, and several meleers would be left over. I know how to use my barrage fine, thanks. Do not tell me farcasting is wrong. If it is wrong, what's the difference between a Barrager and a Burster besides maybe a few points extra damage (not always either). Also, I'd rather farcast on a 5+ team of people than stand next to them and waste my time and die. That's truly wasting runes. Eating? What's wrong with eating? I go to Fight Pits to win, and I don't care if I have to eat a few monkfish to get that. We don't safe either, we keep our hp low enough to ko. And we just eat to stay alive - fight about 10 people yourself (without 99 Defence and HP) and see if you have hp left. Praying? I'm not ashamed to pray either, do you see all the people turn on Protect from Mage? Referring to the time I called someone a "Loser irl.", I didn't do that for no reason. Firstly, he was hiding, which I can't really care to hate. But more importantly, he proceeded to calling us "N0000000b" for no reason what-so-ever when he was the one hiding. And when did we call someone an "Eater Noob"? I don't remember that. Tell me another time I name-called someone in the movie. Thanks for the rate anyway.
