(NOTE- I want it for killing Ankou not barrows brothers) if I play 1-2 hours a day how long should 55 slayer take? And if I "No-Life" it and play 3-6 hours a day how long should it take? Or would I be better off doing PC and getting the void knight mace?

I saw something on you tube with a pure doing Desert Treasure with his friend. Before and during each boss fight the friend would run around and drop sharks. The pure would pick up and eat these sharks during the fight. Is this allowed? It seems like a great way to survive in those fights.

About how many runes will I need to get the points for bones to peaches at the Mage Training Area?

Yea, I use 1 handed ranging weapons :P Can't beat the speed of a knife. Is there any good shield I can use while ranging? I've been using an anti-dragonfire shield but its a bit weak...

Hmmm....for me they show comparisons of all the four shields mentioned. And by thier results, Obsidian shields are a waste of 200k

No, they are to far apart and the risk is to high.

No, they only look like barrows gear. They are not in any way related to the barrows minigame or barrows equipment. They are nicknamed "Barrows" gloves because they have [bleep]es, thats all. In the game they are just called "Gloves" :P

I'm a freak... I will gladly do things I hate :/ I like setting and achieving goals. I love the rush I get when I finally get that skill/item/quest done. Like I've spent 2 days at the Warriors gild killing Cyclops. By the time I got an iron defender I wanted to go do something else... But an hour ago, when I equippped that Rune Defender and saw my strength bonus in the triple digits it was all worth it. The same for the first time I alched a yew longbow, or when I weilded a whip for the first time, or cast Claws of Guthix in the duel arena. I love leveling and creating goals, any skill is worth training for me as long as I get to see that message telling me I gained the level to do what I wanted to do. Just ask anyone who's seen one of my Final Fantasy save files, I love leveling up.

I'm thinking the same thing as well ;) I will try it out in Snare + God Spell in staking and the Ice Wars. I'll come back and tell you if its good then. Despite what people say, Auto Cast is a must have for most PKs and Duels, it allows you to keep an eye on your HP, Prayer, Food, and enemy easily because you won't be focuses on the Click Spell, Click Person, Click spell, Click person chain.

Yes, I've gotten over 5,000 tokens from the same set of mithril. Very fast as well.

Leave PC. Its only good in a clan or if you know how to find worlds. Go find some low defense monsters. I like various giants and the cyclops in the warriors guild.

Go get a rune defender, the Warriors Guild is very fun and gives good experience for your combat skills. If you're looking for defense get a rune kite or granite shield. Save your money for other cool stuff.

Ok, there is no way in hell I'm going to beat Desert Treasure at my current levels (Mostly because I don't have the required stats and quests :P) but I want to get far enough into it to get the Ghostly Robes, and in turn the 10k xp lamp from the museum. So, what quests and skills will I need to -only- get to the part with the Ring of Visibility?

Use that 3mil to get 44 Runecrafting, you will not regret it :P

Well, it was mentioned in the Hunter guide and it says "Hunter" in its name so I figured that it needed something from hunter... I can't wait for them to make crossbows stronger...

Its cheaper from the store, but the autoers are determined to make it impossible to buy them. You'd be better off buying them from players. You could try doing barrows, other than RCing that is the only way I can think of to get lots of death runes.

Hence why I like Attack and train everything :P At my current levels I'm a bit weak in PvP, give me a few months and I'll be hitting constant 20s with a very powerful defence. My goal is to get 70 in attack, defence, and strength (In that order) buy a Barrows set, then raise everything starting with attack. (Unless I buy Dharoks, then I'll train strength...Still deciding between Verac's and Dharok's)

Very, Very, Very dangerous place. I suggest bringing only 3 items. Only bring a knife until you get to the mage bank.

That is a very high fishing and cooking level, lobsters gets my vote. But if you want to woodcut, I'd say regular logs. Get as many as you can and make arrows shafts when you get members. Arrow shafts are very fast to make, plus they are more profitable. Willow Log= 25-30 gp each Arrow Shaft= 5-10 gp each You get 15 arrow shafts per log so each regular log is 75-150 each. Plus you'll get some fletching xp. So, for now collect logs or catch lobsters.

I was looking into buying a pair of boots and noticed that Adamant boots are only 2 points of defence lower than rune...but they cost 180k less. So I was thinking, should I skip rune boots and get some adamant ones? EDIT- By skip I mean never buy.
