Which Jagex are going to rectify with their loan system to be released this year. To those who say there is nothing to discuss you are clearly narrowminded and cannot see both sides of the argument. On the one hand you might say it's bad. A part of RuneScape that has been around for so long suddenly changed drastically. This will obviously upset long time players. Merchants who used to earn money by buying low and selling high will be annoyed as this limits their abiltities to do so. However, the limit prevents RWT from operating to the point that the legions of bots that plagued RuneScape for years are now gone. This change alone affects a lot of players. People who gather resources are now able to make more money out of it as there are less in circulation. There is also a great substitute, the Grand Exchange. You can buy pretty much whatever you want on there.

It's fine. GE FTW. I say to Merchanters: Get over it and find another way to make money. Also if it stops RWT and the bot problems (Which it has more or less) then it's even better.

Xharock, send a query to Runeweb :XD: It's not the official one... I had the two new skills (Summoning and the next one) in LeetScape sigs but was asked kindly to remove it :( It's not the one with the Sun and Moon Day/Night kinda thing you mentioned in some other thread once before by any chance?

Yes but server side code would not affect the client download anyway. The actual code to summon the creatures is all server side so it makes me wonder why they did it as uploading it now would not reduce server load on release.

I wonder why some, if not all of the Summoning code was uploaded to the live servers. Seems a bit strange. I would have thought JAGeX would keep the new code on their testing servers until the day of release.

I'm going to save one of the videos before Jagex get to it. I'll post it here later when it's done.

EDIT: Apprantly Tip.it doesn't like UppIT so you'll have to do without until I find another file hosting site that's accepted :P If you have Photoshop you can open it up and have a look. I don't know what you mean by another "Jagex-looking images of that detail". Maybe if you gave me something to do I can give it a go.

I know, I was so surprised to see it on other forums and not only that but it was being presented as real! I have posted on a couple of those forums to put an end to their speculation but the rumour still spreads. I even saw it on a couple of YouTube videos XD

The S in "Welcome to RuneScape" is not different nor are the trees on the minimap. You've gotten 8 between you so far, 2 left!

Here are some seemingly normal screenshots of RuneScape. However there are mistakes in there. See if you can spot them all! Here is the first one. I have no problem with your points :) Apart from 1 & 2 because I didn't touch those areas. It must have been like that in the original picture. It only took me around 15 minutes so there's bound to be loads of errors.

Yeah they are both a sort of grey colour. But anyway it doesn't say that it will be. It said it would be back when the skill was called Animal Lore. Granted it probably still is but it wasn't explicitly said.

I made it, it's not actually real hence my remark at the end of that post :P
