You don't need construction. Just go to the house parties forum on the RSOF and find someone advertising an open altar. Go to their world and have fun. EDIT: Or just go to the house parties world, then to Yanille, then ask if anyone has an open altar. Someone always does.

I'm posting responsibly today. The way I see it -- and Lalala pretty much covered this -- it's no-one's business what I or anyone else decides to do with their time. Have I no-lifed? No, I don't think so. I've played for six-eight hours straight on rare occasions, but only when I was very close to 99 slayer. Honestly, I enjoyed it. I wish I had the time and resources to dungeoneer to my heart's content for the next few months, but I'm far too busy for that these days. Just as my circumstances in life keep me from playing as much as I want, others' circumstances allow them to play as much they want. There's no difference. For the record, it's entirely possible to live a stereotypically healthy lifestyle while playing Runescape for six or more hours a day. As a 30-year-old 500 pound virgin living in my parents' basement, I can attest to that.

70 prayer will increase your max hit more than any piece of equipment.

Do what Noxxx said, but keep in mind that a lot of people will attempt to kill you before four minutes. When Fast MA was around, no-one did this, but nowadays you have to keep at least a couple heavy units on your team. I'd say have three heavy units and seven light units; send two heavy units to two opponents' walls (excluding the north wall, so you're sending two units total); keep the other eight units on your own wall. If you find that you're getting attacked every game, and you think you're good enough to try winning, throw in a few more heavy units. I actually got my 300 rank in around 20-22 hours because I spent a lot of time trying to win games. If you can consistently win in under eight minutes, you'll be gaining ranks faster, but there's no AFKability.

A zerker ring is very much worth it. It should be one of the first (if not the first) expensive pieces of equipment that you ever buy. It should take about 25-30 hours to get 300 rank in MA. Do it while you're doing homework or something. That's what I did.

zerker (i) is better than an onyx (i) in nearly every conceivable situation. if op doesn't want to buy a zerker, then a warrior is second best. in the time he'd spend collecting tokens for a vigour, he could make the money for a zerker, so vigour is out.
