Ok I've always been timid when it comes to combat. I've never done much in the way of big bosses or high level monsters, when I train it's usually on something I'm comfortable with and that isn't very risky. All I'm wondering is if I'd be ok doing the phoenix lair event without much trouble. Thanks :D P.S. Stats in sig P.P.S. Please don't laugh at me :P

ooooo 28k? Wowsa. Don't remember those :P Yeah Atk-->Str-->Def is how I would do it. After that it's up to you, I'd get a few str levels and then maybe 70 attack for a whip. I usually keep my str up a few levels above the rest, but that's just my personal preference. :)

60 attack is a good start, that's what I did just to get to dragon weapons ASAP. After that I'd get strength though. No point in a shiny new weapon if you can't hit hard :) 56k eh? :) Good ol' days of the internet.

Go for 60 of each and do the Lost City quest to get access to the dragon longsword. For starters, at least. :) Good luck!

Have you tried re-obtaining them the same way you do during the quest...? It might work.

I bought the logs and bowstrings and cut and strung to 99....made about 1m from lvl 80... course, the prices change from day to day so it changes a bit.

BTW I just got 37k xp in an hour watching a movie.

We are very happy together. :) Anyway. Fishing. I'm thinking I'll do monks only when I have other things on my priority list, such as studying or writing papers :-P Any time that I can I'll probably do barbarian fishing. (Money isn't that important-- I've always been able to manage on a small budget. I wouldn't know what to do if I had a lot of money) Thanks for the help all! And for all you naysayers out there she is just getting her degree at another school then transferring here in 4 semesters then we're getting hitched :-P

I'm almost 88 fishing and I just want to know how long it would take me to reach 99, estimated, of course. I practically no life it during the week, (weekends I don't usually play at all- I have a long distance relationship so I travel 300 miles each weekend to see my girlfriend :-X) But Monday-Thursday I play roughly 10 hours a day. Give or take a bit. I'm just wondering how many hours it would take doing it any method that is recommended: Monkfish? Barbarian fishing? Fly fishing? I prefer monks, for making money along the way. However, I may alternate (I can't always pay as much attention as barbarian fishing requires) between monks and barbarian. ANY help is appreciated. Thanks all!

If you have 70 summoning you can grow a Zamorak bird with it. If you don't have 70 summoning, it does nothing. :D

Just a quick and essentially useless question, I'm just curious though. Do gathering familiars (namely, the ibis I'm using right now) have a max they can gather until they need to be emptied? Or can it be up to the max inventory screen? Thanks!

I'm going for some fishing levels (not really sure if I'll commit to 99 yet) and I'm wondering how well (if at all) the Ibis speeds up your xp. I don't mind at all just buying the pouches, but I'm wondering if anyone has an idea of how much xp/hr they increase or anything like that. I'm fishing monks so there is a obelisk near to recharge. Thanks!

For magic, high alching or enchanting diamond bolts (if you find a good alching item you'll lose very little) For def, I prefer slayer (you usually make money) but if slayer isn't your thing just find a monster that you can hit high and consistently on. But again, with slayer I often get stuck with tasks that are like that, so I get both. :-X Good luck, hope I helped at least a little :)
