I got 99 fishing almost solely on watching seasons of That 70s Show on my computer. Rewatching some, of course. I love the AFK skills cuz I can watch TV and movies on my computer while I do it. If you have a decent size monitor you can push RS into a corner and be able to see enough of it as well as have a movie on. :thumbup:

Well it really depends, pretty much anywhere that you can safespot (or if you want to pray...cuz void doesn't give much def does it? Its not nerfed. Just harder to do. True. It's harder to do so less people will do it. Leading to items crashing so I can afford things again :thumbup: Glad I my tassets for 15m and b plate for 16m while I still can :)

Yeah I'm of the belief that any profit is good profit :-X If I get 3A from a clue I spent no money getting... I'll take what I can get :) Junk trading annoys me.

I've got 77m or so in cash and items that I'll be selling and I'm wondering what buyable 99s I can power to. I'm leaving in a month and a half for 2 years so I just want to invest all my money into a skill. Could I get: Smithing? Crafting? Herblore? Construction? And what methods would I follow to get these with my budget? Thanks everyone!!

Awesome! I was wondering if it was the same since I seemed to be doing them just as fast but I'm pretty sure the animation is longer...The old timing I used to use when alching doesn't quite coincide with the new animation. Yay for even easier alching :thumbup:

Ok I have two questions for you. 1. Does anyone know the rate you can alch with the new system, since the animation is slower? Alchs/hr. I just haven't had a chance to test it yet so I'm wondering if anyone knows. 2. I hear all the time about stringing amulets, but I don't know much about it. Does anyone have any links to guides or can give me any information about the cost to 99 (from 83) or gp/xp and xp/hr and such? Any information you can give me would be great. (And I'm not so lazy I can't search the AoW but I try to search and it takes forever and then goes to a white screen so as far as I know it's not working atm :P)

Depends on how much cash you want to blow. Burst/Barrage rock lobsters and you get charms too, but expensive Stringing jewellry-also expensive, but afk'able. I hear enchanting diamond bolts is a good balance between cost/speed. And I have to throw this one in: Alch :)

Well it depends on your budget. I believe Bandos has slightly better defense as well as a strength bonus, but that is much higher price range than dragon. Bandos>3rd Age>Dragon>Rune. Sorry forgot about 3rd age so I added it in ^_^

*note to self-scout the warrior's guild* :) Just kidding. OT: Just try anywhere thats a hot zone, bring a telly and if someone looks like they might attack, port. East of varrock is still hot for a ways, maybe try around there?

Tbh (and this of course is just my personal philosophy) if you've got to work to make the junk, its not worth it. If you got it from a clue, then it's pure profit so I would just sell it for what you can get for it. (Though I've never gotten anything that needed junk to sell anyway, so I can't say I'd stick by my ideal \ ) Grats on the lucrative clue!

In general, is it faster in pyramid plunder to check for snakes in all the urns BEFORE searching them, or check for snakes + search one at a time? I've tried to take calculations but my luck is terrible (got bit 6 times in one urn AFTER checking for snakes...) so I'm just wondering if anyone knows. Thanks!

How much xp per hour are the various level rooms at PP? 71? 81? 91? I know it obviously gets faster the higher level you are, and any xp/hr figures or anything would be great. I know blackjacking is faster but I tried that, I wanted to kill myself :) How many hours do you estimate for me to hit 99? Thanks for all the help!!

Ok thanks. And to be honest I may do stealing creation. 20 minutes per needle (and thats slacking) effectively halves the cost. And more importantly the time :-X I'm wanting to die just tanning the hides. Oh well. :) I may 26k, and I know I have enough money I'll probably sell my bandos and ss, as they only direction they'll go is down, rather invest it in a skill ;) I'm going on a two year mission for my church. I'd be glad to elaborate but I'm not sure the Mods hold with a deeply religious discussion : So if you're interested to more feel free to pm me

No one has any other ideas? What about xp rates? And how many bodies you can tan per hour? :-\
