Willows/teaks are generally acknowledged as fastest (some say teaks are faster some slower) but definitely use a strung rabbits foot (more nests) and cut at either Barbarian outpost (where I did-not usually too full) or draynor. If you get bored get a level on yews or something to change it up and make some money.

Also south of falador, there is one to the west, one to the east near the farming patch, and one just above port sarim. They're a little spread out but I like them because they're rarely busy.

Plus WC is a good first cuz its free and not nearly as long as fishing.

Depends on whether you want a super easy 99, a cheap (gathering) 99 or a more challenging one. Fishing is probably a good in between, its not super easy but you make money doing it. But it takes forever :P

I can testify to that. Getting 99 from 52 buying all the logs at once...quite scary.

Well if you have arma experience go there. More items that you could possibly get too, and they're worth more.

In reading your question about smithing, I'm assuming you want to raise that as well so superheating bars isn't a bad option. However, to break up monotony you could play FOG, they give you free runes...

It's always profitable if you gather the materials yourself, or part of the materials. If you plan on buying... I'm no expert but I think it's very difficult to make profit.

Yep. I prefer having something in my shield slot, personally, but SS I'm pretty sure is fastest.

Ok I'm just wondering this for future reference. Eventually I'm going to remodel my house (when I get higher and have more money) because as of right now everything is just thrown together as I got the levels. What items are unrecoverable if you remove them from your room or house? Is it just the trophy heads and fish? Or is there anything else I should be aware of? Thanks!
