I agree about third age. I had third age mage top and bottom, I profited about 10m in 2-3 days. Simply because people wanted it more. The person that bought my top and bottom, wore nothing in the trade. Then after the trade, put on their phat, and then had full mage. So - people are willing to pay big prices because of the rarity of 3rd age. There is no set price as stated earlier in this thread. edit: Also stated in this thread, there isn't really going to be a surge of 3rd age.

Well uh, let's just talk basic computers. Basic computers 50 years ago were...yeah... Who are we to guess what the next 50 years will bring? We are already WAY behind in graphics, controls, etc. People already laugh at the graphics - including myself! I am not saying I can do better making a game - I am saying with that much money I know they can! I suspect it won't even last another 10 years, unless they pull out runescape 3 with the same concept of WoW play. That is, unless runescape somehow becomes a "classic" like mario....flat chance of that happening. Let's face it, runescape clans have been along for how long now? And jagex hasn't added one support system for it? How long has the private chat been around? Why is this still a horrible experience? It seems jagex is at fault here, not the game itself - they are basically blind to what's needed to be done, or what people want (AKA the ditch).

Glad they finally did something about it. It's not totally fixed by any means, but I was just horrified when I saw 5 bots at magic logs, 10 fishing sharks, etc. I reported atleast 100 through the message system. They don't even make it hard to guess, like it says in the article. I just saw one player macroing, named player1, then I just looked up on the high scores player2 - who also amazingly had 99 fishing and nothing else! Banning players will not fix the problem permanently, having better detection scripts, more jagex staff in-game, (For the note of it, I have been playing for at least a year and have never seen one jagex staff) will help the issue. The worst macroing I have ever seen was a person ranked 47th in fishing, with 26m? XP. They were a level 3, right next to me. I reported them, the next day they didn't exist - which leads me to the question, was it really my report that had them removed? If so, why was I the only one that caught that?

Yeah, i'm in the same boat as you. I am stuck without the cake now, so I just 1. Avoid DH totally, 2. Keep DH in my inventory in PC for those long games.

Everyone realizes it was because of the new gloves, right? It already hurt from the massive stack up of onyx from the "new great onyx that's going to come out" - but everyone made furies instead. Now with the new gloves, it's just adding insult to injury with the price.

Full zammy when I was doing MM, on the last boss. Thought I could kill it w/o cannon for some reason, he just owned me with 30's.
