  1. Sockless I'm cool with, no break can look good like in your picture. I'm usually not a fan of the no break look, though. Some guys make it way too obvious how hard they're trying to follow trends. Reminds me of the picture here: http://www.thestyleblogger.com/reader-question-tom-vs-thom/ If it's rolled and barely there, I like it. When it's rolled up ten times, that's bad. Or just cut off real high. Goes against my upbringing, I suppose. Or something.
  2. I'd encourage you to cut it a wee bit short. That long look doesn't look very good on younger guys. You need a lot of muscle and facial hair to balance it out, I feel. Look through photos of celebrities. I think the Oscars were pretty recent, right? Just find pictures of the red carpet, look through them until you see one you like, find as many pictures of that person and their hair as you can, and bring it to the person cutting your hair.
  3. You want to be a scene kid who hates his look when something new is cool...? Although this looks a lot like my friend Geoff. He's cool. But that's almost entirely personality. He regrets most of his tattoos and a few of his piercings.
  4. It does explain why I don't have to bend down to tie my shoes.
  5. Wore my shirt that I got from Blank Label last night. Simple white spread-collar, french cuffs. Fits like a dream. Except the gorram arms! I ordered the longest arm length they sold, and it's still a good three inches short. Apparently I am an orangutan.
  6. Age of Empires II's radical gameplay aside, did nobody else notice that those camel riders appear to have been brutally murdered in that video?
  7. Thanks. 16 dollars at a Levi's outlet store. They had one that was very rigid, raw denim, but only large sizes. I like dressing up also, too. Haven't in a while.
  8. That's insane! I forgot that cyclone = hurricane for a minute, and thought that it was some massive tornado storm. I'm not exactly relieved, though. I hope ya'll are alright.
  9. Hokay. This may very well be my favorite outfit, right here. Well, these two (gratuitous use of white henley):
  10. My virginity is currently worth more than $500. My brother, my brother's friends, my friends, and other members of my family think that I will have sex before the summer of 2012 (my graduation is actually the end date). I said LOL COLLEGE FUND FTW. My only support is a sexy asian girl. I find this extremely relevant, and I'll tell you why: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=44CDK-PPgHQ "I'm gonna take my tiiiiiiiime" Patience is a virtue. "She gon get hers before I" Selflessness. "I'm gonna take it sloooooow" Seriously. The next rest of the song is just about sex, though. But really, Snoop knows what he's talking about. And I want a legitimate reason to use this song, dammit. EDIT: Actually, real music video might be a bit too risque. How're you guys?
  11. I'm told most often that I smell clean. Sexy comes in close second.
  12. On days I shave, I go a bit heavier with my aftershave in lieu of cologne - either original Old Spice or this stuff called Skin Bracer, both smell good and manly. The days I use cologne, I do it so lightly that nobody notices until I'm right on top of them (and then it's too late wahahaha): my favorite is Armani Code Black or something that my dad had in a cabinet, then sometimes I use this Guess Man, also pretty nice.
  13. Ah, I gotcha chief. I thought we were talking Corgi sweater-trendy. Or nike shorts [bleep] [bleep] [bleep]
  14. Whoa, whoa, whoa. Raw denim ain't no trend. I mean, it's bigger now than it is on a general basis. But if anything, a dark raw denim is the most classic style of jeans. Of course, if you wanted something the most timeless, I guess gray flannel slacks. Or a leather loincloth. Or rock and roll.
  15. I would go vest and tie, just due to the summer thing. Plus, it looks hella good. Obviously no tie bar if you're wearing a vest.
  16. Feels good, don't it? Lately I've been wearing henleys and sexy t-shirts, usually under my denim jacket. Don't have much time to prepare for work (immediately after school), so I need clothes I can rip off quickly to get into my work shoes and jeans and such. But today! I'm wearing my dark jeans, white bd oxford, and my pink gingham bow tie because [bleep] yeah. You have to take into account that I give roughly four [cabbage]s about the people in my high school, though. Not their opinions, the people in general. Bow ties are fun.
  17. Big ol' watch face actually works wonders for that.
  18. Needing to get over an ex, while I'm still in love with her, and having nobody else who I have even the smallest of feelings for. Edit: Dan, being 14 sucks, let me tell you. Gotcha, chief. Gotta truck through. Flirt harder than you've ever flirted, with any girl that's even close to attractive. It should help.
  19. Not really. Although focusing on their positive traits always helps. It's easy to feel something almost like attraction toward just about anyone if you're nice to them. Especially if they have some sort of traits you find desirable. Find those, that will help. Not sure why you need to. Well, I can imagine situations.
  20. I like simple PF Flyers for sneakers. Definitely the next kind I'm getting. Preferably these leather ones I saw on Gilt for $35.
  21. Why not have a little bit of quality everything? The staples. Perfect jeans, shirts, suits, whatevs. Buy quality; it'll last forever.
  22. An Eclipse is a fine little car. And I do mean little. Gas mileage is alright. Steering can be wonky. But it's a good first car. Just be sure to check it out, first.
  23. Some of the most well-known raw denim brands are APC and Nudies. I hear APC jeans are fantastic, as has been discussed here. Definitely interested in a pair, although I like to buy rigid 501s. Can't see why I couldn't have a pair of new standards to go along with them.
  24. Ah! Gotcha hoss. I'm down with them.
  25. Steve. Steve, you forgot to add a link, Steve. Steve, give the lad a link! Hurry, Steve! sorry for always saying your name steve
