No they take off some black marks every year or so maybe even every 6 months. It's usually when a huge update comes out like summoning which was the last time they did it.

A) What is a reasonably fast way to get to 69 smithing from 62 (363k exp) using bars, not ores and break even or close to it? Cannon balls they are a profit but it would take you a bit to get that level probably 30 hours. Mith bolts are ok since your such a low xp to 69 you won't lose too much. B) Same question for 56 farming (190k) to 62/65 I would suggest watermellons,herbs but if you want it quickly do them with trees like maple and whatever fruittress you can do. C) Is there anyway to boost smithing temporarily? I know that summer pie or whatever can boost farming 3 levels, but what about smithing? Can't boost skill for recent quests.

From what I hear the new quest is just long not hard so I realy don't have too much respect for it. Not to mention 65+ in a skill is easily gotten within a day or 2 so the requirements arn't hard. Maybe if a quest required 75+ in a skill and killing an extremely hard monster I would respect it more. Also I do respect the people who don't use guides even more but there arn't too many.

Gratz on the 83 slayer and the sara page. I take it they increased the rate at which they are given. Gl on 85 slayer and get a whip faster than I did 1000 kills or so before my first :)

Almost every level 3 will give 50k+ in rune items. You will get a decent item every now and then or you'll get lucky and get a great item :). Either way they are the best clues to do.

I lent it to someone who hadn't done the quest so yes, you can wield them without the quest. Oddly though she said she didn't have a special attack bar on them. So it's possible that you just can't use the spec without the quest; which, I guess kinda makes it useless because it's a spec weapon. You can't use the special if it is lent. But gratz on the drop share I tb'd.

There was a sara page one posted today too :-k I think they increased chances to drop the prices they are at right now.

Nope I know a guy who did with with pess and gold ore in under 3 months. :roll: That's 100% bullcrap... would be impossible even if he had no life at all. Nope I got 2.5K p ess/hr with pouches at Yanille. I only had to play 3 hours a day on weekdays and 8 on weekends to do it in 2.5 months. Gold was easy only took 16 days.

Personally I'd do coal or gold(at crafting guild) just for the profit and smithing XP which you can get with it later on. You could always take a break from it and power mine granite if you want. Nope I know a guy who did with with pess and gold ore in under 3 months. :roll:

Slayer helmet if your doing slayer but Neitz or Berserker helm Fighter torso which is easily gotten from barbarian assault Bandos tassets if not veracs plateskirt Dragon boots Rune defender D scim Amulet of Strength This is a nice cheap outfit that almost everyone can afford.

I'm pretty sure the plate is worth more than the 3 shards atm so you'd have to add some cash. Also people are paying shards+1M on the runescape forums to get it smithed. I suggest you post on the Runescape offical forums for the best results.

I debate on it and then decieded to go. We are owning hardcore and then Graardor starts spam ranging me. Nothing realy intresting it was a plain trip except for the massive amount of snapdragon seed drops(12) and me getting all the rune drops. We started talking about our best drops ever and then BAMMM!!!!! Bandos hilt 5 man. It was great then some other decieded to log off because it was late for therm obviously not Americans I take it. My 4th bandos hilt it was a great trip glad I went. Ended with 3.9M in items and cash. Girls do have all the luck.

Got 89 attack last night so either getting 89 strength tonight or close to it. Got abbys again earlier but then me and Kota decieded to do the PvP thing and I got Verac brassy and cb braclet for a total of 300k. Then I went to do my abbys but first I changed to a girl character because they have all the luck. It turns out they do after I got back on from the movies I got like 20-30 kills then BAM my first whip after over 970 kills.

I'm debating on doing the quests for the new quest but I'm not sure I want to spend my weekend questing. I have 29 to do mainly easy ones but idk.
