I'd imagine this is a glitch because on the RSOF post the J mod said that your skills can not be boosted for this quest. Well that or he messed up.

Noone probably uses it even if it is good is best magic has a low max hit and costs you money unlike range were you can get some ammo back. So even if it is good it'd pointless and more expensive than the other 2 options.

The demons drop all parts including the claws. Due to the amount of people doing the demons now I think they'll drop within the next few days.

I know acouple people who got banned for stuff that just added up nothing major like pass scamming or macroing. They do take black marks off for the less major rules. Also you can post your account for review on the Runescape Official forums. But due to the amount of posts the thread will be down for a week or 2.

Make sure the box-Attach a signature (signatures can be altered via the UCP)- is checked which can be found under your post.
