Well been pvping lately and decided to test out vesta and statius. They're very good for claw rushin especially on afkers. Well.... No pile picture because as you see target decided to come rushing towards me. Yes I rushed him with vesta and claws if you were wondering.

Most likely from lag around the ge when you click around the chat screen it adds random people who have talked recently.

It would take a few multibillion gp clans to buy them out because there are just so many these days on the market. Last buyout the people who got them and don't want them dumped and the small clan couldn't buy them all up so they just fell. Personally I don't expect a buyout to happen and if it does it won't last long because at 80-100M each you realy can't buy them out without some serious money which many people started investing in partyhats and just keeping them to hold money.

They are currently bought out and rising but I would imagine they will drop soon after merchants have had enough of them.

God, how do you always get the best out of a deal. Yesterday I was happy, drooling over my potential 20-100m profit, now I'm stuck with my arcanes and spectrals not selling for min. Let's hope a real merching clan picks em up :-) And let's all hate Calzo, lol. I got lucky this time I logged on to buy bstaves and noticed the downturn. Your not stuck with them they will be rebought out but it has to be a clan of people not by a few merchants and alot of regular players trying to jump on the bandwagon. It's not calzo's fault people paniced and sold all their shields early. I'd watch the market very closely all it takes in 15 minutes for a clan to totally buy them out for atleast a few days. For now I am not going to get invovled because once the buyout ends there will be a massive crash which I could get stuck in since I don't play as much anymore..

I sold my arcanes for max seems too much like a panic fest and it's something I should avoid. It's up to you whether you want to sell or not it doesn't seem like an organized buyout and well I don't want to be stuck with 3 arcanes in the end and I profited so I'm fine with that.

3rd age is basically done until it becomes affordable for the average 120+ player to wear as a for fun armour. Kite is the worst 3rd age to own because it's just basically a high priced piece of junk with bad stats compared to other shields. I would suggest either keeping it and accepting the loses if you like it, try to sell it in the GE and if you get lucky it will, or trade it for a crashing spirit shield.

*air high-five to calzo* Called the buyout got 2 for min last night because I felt it was happening. I see them reaching 120-130M tops before a dump and when I sell my shields I will post it. As for spectrals maybe 100M but we'll have to see how strong this buyout is.

If it steps in the fairy ring it gets teled too it happens with chinchompas and penguins too pretty old actually it's just never been fixed.

The arcane/spectral buyout started 3 days ago when the 'clan' started trading their 3rd age/junk for the arcanes and spectrals before they started the GE buyout. So after partyhats crash again I do expect an arcane/spectral buyout and they have a potential to hit 150M+ before the dump. Caution: In no way am I responsible for any loses you may have from trying to ride a buyout. I have been blamed before for posting information like this then the item crashing before they got to sell it.

No it's not obvious. I know some of the Monster hunting guides are outdated, but we're working on them. One of the reasons they are very outdated is because there weren't any monster hunters on the crew before the trainees came for a very long time (not 100% sure of course, because I'm one of the trainees myself). But as you may have noticed we started updating them, DK got a revamp, we published a Choas elemental guide and we have another one in the pipeline at the moment. Furthermore, again you just say Tip.it guides are outdated, without specifying which. We can't work with that! So please, just tell me. So should we should just put on hold the Tip.it Times, Tip.it Events, and Forum Crewbie Projects until all of Tip.it's guides are up to scratch? You don't have to focus on one thing until it is finished, and I would hardly call making a Tip.it twitter account a new goal. It would take what, less than a day to set up? The Twitter account could take zero maintenance if it just ran of the current Tip.it RSS feed. The times and events are hardly a new goal as they have been around for awhile and are run by what I see as a well staffed group of people. As for crewbie projects I realy don't know much about them. As the main post said it'd be needed volunteers to keep this twitter updated which could be time spent on improving our guides.

Saying things like 'tipits guides are horrid and severely outdated' does not give us an idea of what is wrong with them and which guides are out of date. Not everyone on crew has what it takes to write a guide, not everyone wants to write a guide, and everyone on crew has their own responsibilities to deal with. Its not really easy or fast to write a guide, especially a big one which requires tons of input. When guide editors have time, they do take up a guide to improve and they do their best to ensure it is easy to follow. Some of the stuff on the website was written back in RuneScape Classic and we have not had sufficient manpower or submissions to to bring them up to Tip.It's current standards. If you have a problem with some of our guides, please act on it and turn in a submission in the Website Corrections Forum. We cannot guess what the problems you have with our guides are. While corrections do sometimes take time to get to, especially if they need in-game confirmation, it's better to have it there so it can be fixed when we have enough time to do so. Thank you. Personally I don't read most of the old guides because they don't apply to me but they did when I joined and I had looked at them I would have most likely turned away and joined a more updated fansite. I was pointing it out and giving a reason and such.I don't appreciate you telling me to do this and that to fix the guides because that wasn't the main point of what I was saying. The guides need fixing it's obvious and Tip.it realies on the community to help make those guides better with correction I get that. But there is also people who are very good at writing guides who volunteer to help Tip.it with their skills and frankly I havn't seen much of that especially after they had that major recruiting session with the addition of 3 more crewbies a few days ago. I understand it takes alot to maintain a site but there an abundance of people who are willing to help out Tip.it if they got offered to do so. So if you don't have the manpower than I suggest you grab some of those people and ask them to write guides rather than relying on them to do it out of good will. But this isn't a discussion about Tip.it's crew and/or guides it's about twitter which clearly is something we don't need to do when our own site isn't even up to date. Don't start a new goal until you have finished or given up on the old one.

I voted no. I find twitter stupid and pointless why would anyone need to post stuff that is already posted on the main page? They don't it as simple as that. It would be a waste of staff and volunteer time to do this when they could be updating neglected guides that are as old as the hills which realy makes the site look outdated and could turn away potential users. Tip.it needs to fix their own site before they go and try to join a pointless craze which is basically telling everyone what your doing when you do it like "amg I post tweet because I bought milk at da store!@@!@". Seems like a bad way to try and get more users to Tip.it because Jagex will most likely talk about the Tip.it twitter which inturn will send the kids over to Tip.it twitter who will advertise their fan site which will send us more people who do consist of trolls. Personally if I saw some of the guides on Tip.it and was a first time user I would x out and never return here because the guides are just horrid and serverly outdated. I understand crew positions are all volunteer jobs but it doesn't take long to write simple guide and get some inventory and setup pictures together then others can make the guide better by adding tip's are such. But drifting back to the topic of twitter it is dumb, pointless, and just a huge waste of time which could be spent bettering Tip.it.

Used my melee brawlers today and got 100K def xp almost exact was like 100042. But maybe it's about of swings which I didn't count as I would have died from that.

Bauke is right you need more testing. I.E 1000 hits and how many hit 0 out of that with and without the demon. Then maybe you can say for sure or of course if a J mod confirms it.

I don't run around yelling "I play runescape" but if someone asks if I do I'd tell them it realy doesn't make a difference it's just another game. I usually don't bring up the topic of runescape but if me and my friends start talking about it I might aswell talk too. I would never play in a public place due to the fact I could get keylogged and hacked. I don't know about others but at my school noone realy cares what you do as far as gaming goes. I mean just about everyone plays some sort of game and it realy doesn't make them different of a person than they were before. Althought I doubt anyone but my close friends remember that I play considering the whole school played it in the 6th grade.
