Honestly these aren't really required, there are plenty usefull rings and jewellery already in existance. And yes they are far too powerfull as said above. No suppport.

I don't see the light. :? No suppport. Why do you think people train strength up? maybe because they want to hit high. If that was simulated so simply it would ruin the entire aspect of achieving anything in RuneScape.

It would be nice to see more F2P quests. But the sad fact is that there isn't any money in F2P (apart from attracting members), therefor Jagex will not put in multitudes of time and effort into something that really isn't helping their campaign of people wanting to become members.

Weren't the empty cups once used for holding tea? It's true you can't re-use them, but what would RuneScape be like if there was no means to hold our tea (tea cups). Chaotic *nods head in a trancelike mannner*

Maybe all you really can do is get your combat stats higher, shouldn't be too hard, level 70 is recommended.
