  10. That doesn't always work, the sky will blow out if the sun is simply too bright. Nothing could prevent that, unless you use some strong ND filter. Though, it's still best to try and reduce it as much as possible, though I do see what you are saying ;)

It is definitely worth getting and learning Photoshop, and many of the other Adobe applications because employers will expect you to have extensive knowledge of the applications, if you do plan on pursuing a creative career; Though, it's still good to know how to use any creative program, as you never know when a task will arise that requires you to use a particular application.
  12. Turn your ISO down, and bump your f number up to not blow out the sky.
  13. Sorry to be a pain, but we don't use 3D Effect or Fractal renders as focals of our work - if you could choose some sort of character render, then it'd be very convenient for you, and my employees. How about this one? http://www.planetrenders.net/renders/di ... pos=-47272 Sorry, that's the same sort of thing. :|
  14. Don't skip fur next time :P Check out this topic on PR for rendering hair/fur.

  21. Here's another crazy venture by Sam :P I'm looking to purchase some over-ear headphones. I have a budget of around £45 and if you could, find headphones with: Good bass, treble etc Long-ish wire Durability (so no skullcandies :P ) No headsets, please Since I'm in the UK, it'd be preferable if you could recommend headphones from Amazon UK, though you can post them from other UK vendors if you can find them (not eBay, though).
