Rain texture ruins it at the moment. Good job on it, though I don't feel as though it fits with the piece - perhaps making the landscape more 'arid' with a bright beaming sun would look cool :]

Why not adjust the saturation on the yellow bar layer? If you put it in a clipping mask it should only affect that layer. Also, I noticed the reflection of the background texture shouldn't really be as sharp as it is. A small gaussian blur 0.5-1.5px should be fine. It'll just make the piece look more realistic.
