It is a scam, the same thing is happening in P2P with sharks. Just don't trade anyone who says Free [insert itme here} show your inventory. Try and spread the word so the scammers get banned by JaGex.

You need LOTS and Lots of pure ess. You need to use your mouse quite alot, so keep some batterys handy. Be prepared for noobs saying "Law me!" Don't start at 54 runecraft either, get your runecraft up so you can craft 27 laws at a time. But you could always try world 99. Hope I helped :wink: :
