  1. Asking for a mod = No mod. But you never know, just keep being mature and friendly and who knows...Not me, I don't know how the system works :P lol. fine print
  2. Add the US keyboard and see if it makes a difference. Also, I used the French Keyboard a lot. Question mark is Shift+6. Apostrophe is Shift+, and quoation marks are Shift+. Any ?s. PM ME OR e-mail me using any address below.
  3. Heres how you should do it if you have Windows XP. 1)Right click on the icon and select properties. You will see this screen. 2)Select the "customize" tab and it will look similar to the following. Click "Change Icon" 3) Click Browse at the top of the screen and find your picture/icon. (You may need to select "All files" in the drop-down menu at the bottom of the screen. 4) Voila! Beautiful. (Note. I am not a computer wiz, therefore this may only work with folders. Also, it doesn't seem to work with shortcuts.) Again, I apologize in advance if this information is incorrect. Signed, Cowman_133 RuneScape player since 2004
  4. If you read the web page of rule 1, it says flooding the chat windows (spamming, repeating buy/selling something) is a breech of rule one because it makes the "game experience much less enjoyable for other players." Therefore, even if the spammer isn't vulgar, you should still report him for rule 1, offensive language. The link is... http://www.runescape.com/kbase/viewarti ... le_id=2071 Read it yourself. Way to tell someone how to do their job. I wasn't meaning to sound that way  It was just sorta just a "FYI kind of thing. I'll edit it if you wish... Cowman
  5. Oh my goodness. I didn't realize there already was one. My mistake   Sincerely, Cowman_133 RuneScape player since 2004
  6. I chose option number 1. Tip it has everything. I used the quest guides for many quests as they were simple and uncomplicated. The atlas is also very good especially with the way you can click on the dungeons and quest starter points to get the guide. Also now with the option to click on the monsters in the dungeon guide, I use it more. I have gone to other sites, but I can't stand them and many of the have no forums, advertise gold buying sites and are unwelcoming. Tip it is the one for me and I've used it for many years. Great community and friendly people. Easy to read text and nice layout. Keep it up tipit!!
  7. FYI ALL! 8. I remember that, me and a bunch of others just put him on ignore. Also you can see him saying my name(cencor arg) even though I am an ATHIEST.. -.- Are you a member? If so you can post on the rants about the censor. If you aren't a member, I'll post it for you if you want...
  9. Hi all, Well, I first came to tip it when I started playing RuneScape in late 2004. I googled "RuneScape 2 Help". I think it was for help on the Prince Ali Quest. (I was F2P and a really low level. I still am a low level considering how long I have been here - 53) I found all the guides, databases and most definitely the atlas very useful. From when I started, I always looked around tip it forums but I never made an account. Finally in May 2007, I thought I may as well have an account and be able to share my opinion so I started cowman_133. [hide=Just a quick off topic item.](Also last night just to fill in the blanks, I created [email protected], [email protected], and I got an ICQ number. Just to fill in the blanks :XD: )[/hide] I stayed on tipit because other fansites had weird guides, advertised gold and yew log buying, and were just obnoxious. And some of the advertisements of other fansites were absurd and inappropriate. Also, tip it community is very welcoming and I hope it stays that way. Also, tip it chat really increased my reservoir of tip it friends. I have many of them and on tip it chat I can ow actually say hyt! Its pretty exciting. I hope that answers your question. :P Signed, Cowman_133 RuneScape player since 2004
  10. Something I think we should look into is some of those people who are on extremely often, are positive, and have a good judgement of what is really a "kickable" offense. People who have undoubtedly passed the test are Player mods. I think that Shadow7 (who is a p-mod) would be a great chat mod. Anyone disagree??
  11. What a superb idea! I know I have a piece of paper beside my computer saying where I met people (but most of them have a ? beside them :)) Good plan! Cowman_133
  12. WOW! I wish I could have that high fishing! Keep up the good work! Cowman 133

  16. Its much better thought Lightning.
  17. Also, the chats aren't spammy at all. Every time I log on, it is busy, but unspammy. It's gotten better.
