Yes but of course a whole list of staff of the Snapshot and Ban Appeal team look into every case. I've been reported for outrageous lies, but have never receive a blackmark because it was a false report. Keep that in mind :)

#-o Thats actually what player mods have to option to do. I doubt Jagex would release that to the public due to possibility of abuse. Also it seems they do a lot of that. (Putting in pictures and then pulling them down) For example when clan chat was released, they had an example chat. It featured the players (actually called) "A" and "B".
