Short answer: Bank pins should not be removed. They are used by many players. Long: Bank pins are an optional, extra secruity that players can add to their accounts as they see fit. Many people still do use bank pins and they work. No one can access the bank account without the pin. This is why Jagex will probably never remove them. Also many people enjoy (don't ask me why) hacking into accounts and getting the account banned. A bank pin will not pervent this from happening, but at least your items are safe if Jagex unlocks your account via ban appeal. But like I said, the pins are optional and are used by those who like a little more security on their account. If you don't want to use it, you are not oblidged to, therefore it isn't necessary to remove them, and it isn't one of Jagex's goals... ~The Cow

You know infinity? Yeah, beyond that. There are currently 162,888 members on the Tip It forums. Some people have two accounts, some people have quit tip it, some people are inactive, and some people missed the contest. (Not to mention the new members since the closure of the contest.) So infinity? Lol no way. :P I'm sure they received around 100-250ish Or i could be wrong, but I'm just assuming.

Just felt that needed a bit of correcting, since you thought Albosky would need convincing. I stand corrected. :o

Yeah, I remember that... One can still wish, can't they? :P Perhaps Help and Advice be added to this list?? The reason H&A is not on that list it because of what it says at the bottom, "posts in these forums are one line, or even one word, and do not constitute "worthy" posts." Posts in H&A are considered worthy posts, for obvious reasons. I don't know what other people think about H&A (especially the ones I'm trying to target) but I used to always look at H&A as a way to get some easy post count. I rarely, if at all, did "+1" posts, I just answered questions to the best of my knowledge. Of course, that was before others noticed H&A as, I'm assuming, a easy way to get some post count. I stopped visiting H&A for a while because all the questions were getting answered so quickly... but others stayed, and I'm assuming some of these are the ones that are doing these "+1" kind of posts. Lot of assuming and guessing in there... :ohnoes: +1 :anxious: (Lol, 200 posts :-w )
