K'ril Tsutsaroth
I got a new drop from K'ril Tsutsaroth today - a Torstol seed. Sorry, I don't have a screenshot; it wasn't until after the trip that I checked the bestiary and found that wasn't one of his listed drops (as I kinda figured since I'd never seen that drop from him before). He has listed "herb seeds (3)" (the 3 lantadyme seeds he drops quite frequently), but this was a single Torstol seed.

Corporeal Beast Saturday, December 15th 6 PM GMT, 3 PM EST
Only two people showed up, so we just went and did some trio KBD. The good news is we got two splits - the bad news is they were a D helm and a Dragon Dagger, so like 25k per person total ;) Coming up next week: GWD! EDIT: Lol, beaten to the post by mere seconds ;)

Our Beta Website Has Gone Live!
What do you mean by that exactly? Like, how is it an issue and how does it differ from the old site? On the bestiary pages, when scrolling down it's not smooth...it like jumps and lags. Everywhere else i've been it seems fine though. Yeah, the bestiary is quite laggy for me now too. An added note is that the coordinate locator tool for treasure trails is gone (or at least, the link is broken). I had to do a google search for another site's locator tool to do my clue scroll today. You mean this? http://tip.it/runesc...ure_locator.htm Yeah, the link to that from the treasure trails page is broken.

EoC Ranging?
In my experience using a Rune 2h crossbow is better than using dual rune crossbows. This is assuming you're using the abilities - may be different if using momentum. Your abilities generally just use your primary weapon, so in that case having a second rune crossbow doesn't really matter whereas using a rune 2h crossbow hits much harder. I was using 2 crossbows on a greater demon task and it was rather slow, so I tried the 2h crossbow for my next task (black demons), and was killing them even faster than I was killing the greaters despite their higher combat level.

agility strange rock
Just covering the basics, but you do know that you can only get two at a time, right? After that you have to complete the statue (with both rocks from every skill) before you can get more. Double-check that you don't already have the agility rocks in your bank or added to the statue already.

Solo Zamorak GWD Advice
I've been doing a bunch of solo Zammy lately (two greater tasks this week), and here's what I've been wearing: I was using a Ddef before, but tried using the Spectral and found that while kills were slower, I was taking MUCH less damage and was able to stay for about twice as many kills per trip. Penance rocks there (though I don't have poison purge to compare). After killing K'ril I range pray and kill the ranger, then soulsplit the mage and then the melee'er. This usually gets me back to full health. My yak has food in a ratio of 2 food to one brew (I found using this ratio is much better for me than just plain brews). I can last about 15-20 kills per trip depending on food drops from minions (~20 kills/hour). Interesting note: melee prayer now apparently blocks K'ril's poison. The only time I've been poisoned is when I've missed getting protect melee on before he spawned and hit me. One other note - if you don't have dreadnips, GET THEM!!! They help immensely at Zammy. (EDIT: Nvm, just double-checked and saw you had them in your second screenie)

Special Halloween Event! (KBD) - Sat. Oct. 27th - 8pm BST / 7pm GMT / 3pm EDT
Looks like the event's finally over, 8.5 hours after it started. We had some really stubborn people who just wouldn't give up! Unfortunately, they weren't really rewarded as they got no rare drops after the couple I mentioned above. =( Better luck next time guys! Thanks for coming everyone! Hope you all had fun!

Special Halloween Event! (KBD) - Sat. Oct. 27th - 8pm BST / 7pm GMT / 3pm EDT
4 hours in I finally left to get back to skilling, but there are still a hardcore few sticking with it. We got a Dragon Helm split (6k), and we also got one of the new ornament kits and a drop of 150 onyx bolts on the same kill. Interestingly enough, the kits aren't coinshared, so one lucky person got the kit (worth about 800k), and another got the bolts (worth about 1.3mil). No dragon rider gear or vissy unfortunately. We had fun, though only a few of us got into the spirit of things by dressing up =P (Kudos to you guys!)

Special Halloween Event! (KBD) - Sat. Oct. 27th - 8pm BST / 7pm GMT / 3pm EDT
If no one comes, I can go back to training myself =P However, I figure some people might get tired of no-life skilling and want a little break though, in which case they can attend this. Since it's a flat 2x the entire weekend and not a decreasing modifier, people won't be losing out on anything except whatever time they spend at the event. In any case, this will probably be a shorter event than usual, maybe 1-2 hours tops.

Training Summoning with no Clue
Ditto. Most slayer creatures are good charm droppers, and the added bonus of the black mask/slayer helm makes them faster to kill. 99 slayer will get you all the charms you need for 99 summoning (or more), plus more than enough cash to use them all (depending how you slay). Also like he said, save the good charms for later if possible (though use up all the charms you have this weekend for the bonus xp).

Special Halloween Event! (KBD) - Sat. Oct. 27th - 8pm BST / 7pm GMT / 3pm EDT
Halloween King Black Dragon Slaughter! Time and Date Date: Saturday October 27th Time: 8pm BST / 7pm GMT / 3pm Eastern / 2pm Central / 1pm Mountain / 12pm Pacific Friends Chat Host: "Komodo Jo" Co-host/s: TBA Server and Location See below for the details of the event. The world will be announced in the friends chat just before the start of the event. Coinshare will be on for the duration of the event. At the start of the event we will gather just north of the Monestary West of Edgeville. We will be using the new teleport device by Edgeville to get to the KBD's lair. There are no requirements to use the teleport. The King Black Dragon King Black Dragon: He is level 276 and has freezing, poison, and strong dragonfire attacks, in addition to a standard melee attack. An anti-fire method such as an Antifire potion or Super antifire potion is REQUIRED to fight him. In addition, antipoison potions are strongly recommended. Inventory & Equipment If you choose to use the teleport from Edgeville, you will be safe from Pkers as it will drop you right into the KBD's lair. If you decide to go through the wilderness instead, beware of Pkers and only take what you are willing to lose! A stab weapon is recommended to exploit the KBD's stab-weakness, such as a Chaotic rapier, Zamorakian spear, or Leaf-bladed sword. Melee set-ups should emphasise magic defence and prayer bonus and the Protect from Melee prayer should be used. Players using ranged should stand within melee distance and use the Protect from Melee prayer or stand at a distance and then don't need to use any prayer. Alternately Soulsplit can be used instead of protect prayers. Inventory: Boosting potions, prayer potions, anti-fire potions, anti-poison potions, good food, special weapon, one-click teleport. Pretty much any familiars you want to bring can be used. The Details As this is a special Halloween-themed event, we will go about things a little differently than normal. Step 1: First off, we need to appropriately decorate the KBD's lair for Halloween. To start off we will all take at least 4 items that are dropped on death and head out to the KBD's lair. We will spread out around the lair and let him kill us, thus littering the floor with gravestones (the 4 items are so that we will drop at least one thing on death and thus create a gravestone - feel free to bring whatever junk you want as long as something will be dropped on death to create a gravestone). Optional: bring along an inventory of spooky items to drop all over the lair, such as bones, skulls, or pumpkins (if you have more gp than brains ). Step 2: After finishing the decorating, we need to put on our halloween costumes! Everyone should wear their favorite halloween outfit - be creative! Suggestions: zombie outfit from gravedigger random event, skeleton outfit from a past Halloween event (don't remember which year), ghostly robes, halloween masks, etc. There are so many options to choose from! Note: this time we're not going to die - we're going for revenge! Make sure you take a weapon, antifire shield, food, pots, etc. so that you can help slay the beast! Step 3: Dressed in our holiday best, we'll head back into the lair to slay the KBD and hopefully get some loot, such as the new Dragon Rider Boots and Gloves, Dragon Kiteshield Ornament Kits, or just some old-fashioned Dragon Helms and maybe a Visage if we're lucky! Note that this event (as all TMHT events) is coinshare, so if we do get any of these drops their value will be split between us. Friends Chat Ranks The Main host will be the Chat owner. Silver stars are CO HOSTS. Bronze Stars are other TMHT members. Please note all three of these ranks will have the ability to kick members from chats, should we need to. Players who wish to join the hunt can post on this thread, PM the host ingame, or join the chat before the event. Everyone will be added for coinshare so don't worry! If you need assistance, feel free to post here with any questions you may have and we'll try to help you out.

What skill do people mostly use exp lamps on?
My lamps used to go on prayer/summoning, but now that I'm 95/99 respectively in those, they all go on agility. It's a total drag to train, and ever since the bot nuke of a little over a year ago, I can't train it in the conventional way. Anytime I run around a lot Runescape crashes, so I have to reload RS pretty much every lap around a course, which is not by any means practical. (Frigging Jagex, fix your stupid game!!!) I personally wouldn't ever use lamps on slayer, as it's my favorite skill. I'm already 95 slayer, so getting it higher won't unlock anything new, and I only have 4 more levels to savor, so why would I want to rush through that? It'll be both an awesome day and a sad day when I finally hit 99 slayer and I can finally get the cape but the skill becomes pointless to train
-
training Range
First off, ditch the addy bolts and get broads. Same stats for much cheaper. Next, I mostly trained ranged via slayer, though I'm sure some people will say that's the "wrong" way to do things and just to chin to 99. If you don't want to chin though, training ranged + slayer makes more sence to me than just training ranged, especially if you plan on training your slayer up at some point anyway. Most slayer tasks can be ranged (and some are actually decent xp, such as chinning nechraels in the chaos tunnels).

Barrows - Minimum Requirements Barrows
Lol, this reminds me of years ago when I first started doing Barrows. When I started I couldn't even equip most (maybe any?) barrows items. I was using mystic, rune, and blue dragonhides with MSB & rune arrows for Ahrim, and walking there from Varrock east bank! I could manage 1 loot per trip, and each trip took me a good half hour. So primitive compared to nowadays...

Can't Turn in a daily challenge
Did you attach the rune to them? That may be the problem. Without the rune they are tradeable and can be noted. Attach the rune and they become untradeable and unnotable. I haven't had that challenge yet, but I'm guessing you were just supposed to craft the urns, but not finish them off with runes. Make a new batch or buy some off the GE to trade in.

TMHT- Nex GWD! October 6th- 6pm BST, 1pm EST
The event's pretty much over at this point. We got one split - a pair of Virtus Gloves (3.5mil split). Lots of deaths, and repeated deaths. Everyone note for the future: Wear armor when you go through the Nex KC area or you'll get PWND! Full Ceremonial will get you through the door, but it WON'T get you through the KC area safely - it has ZERO defence and won't make the monsters unaggressive! Just take the ceremonial and switch right in front of the door to the bank area. Also, bank your key with a yak/imp box before entering the Nex KC area just in case! Hope you all had fun!

Instakill nex
200** Blood Ravagers are always aggressive and do ~50ish damage even with protect from mage. Blood Reavers aren't aggressive if your magic defence is high enough (above 125 if I remember right).

TMHT Armadyl Event - Saturday Sept. 29th - 4pm EDT / 8pm GMT / 9pm BST
The event is finally over, after almost 6 hours. We had a very dry streak at the start, with our only drops in the first 2 hours being a couple dragon daggers. Eventually though we got: Dragon dagger - 600gp Dragon dagger - 800gp Armadyl Chestplate - 338k Armadyl Boots - 447k Armadyl Gloves - 352k Armadyl Buckler - 581k Godsword Shard 3 - 9k Godsword Shard 1 - 16k Armadyl Helmet - 1.378m (3-man split - the last survivors) So, in total we received 3.122mil in splits (if you were there for all of them). I hope you all had fun! See you next time!

TMHT Armadyl Event - Saturday Sept. 29th - 4pm EDT / 8pm GMT / 9pm BST
Battle of the Armadyl God Wars Saturday 29th September 2012 Kree'arra Time and Date Date: September 29th, 2012 - 9:00PM BST (UK Time) Timezones: 9pm BST 8pm GMT 4pm Eastern 3pm Central 2pm Mountain 1pm Pacific Countdown: Friends Chat: Komodo Jo Host: Komodo Jo Co-host(s): TBD World and Location World: To Be Announced (just before we go in, so PLEASE don't ask before then) Location: When the time hits, we will meet outside the Armadyl door in the God Wars Dungeon on the world that WILL BE ANNOUNCED JUST BEFORE THE EVENT. Be sure to have 40 killcount by 8:00pm GMT/UTC, as that's when we'll be entering the door to begin the battle against the graceful Kree'arra and his minions! Kree'arra Many believe Armadyl is one of the hardest God Wars bosses in RuneScape simply because the hilt is the most expensive. However it's quite the contrary. Given the right gear and a good team, Armadyl is by far the easiest boss you'll ever slay. It's easy, relaxing, and a great place to hang out and have a good time. The boss will attack with a deadly ranged attack as well as a secondary magic attack, so a high magic defense is recommended as you'll be praying ranged. She attacks everybody with each attack, but while not in combat she may use a strong melee attack. This should not be a probelm though, as with so many people there she will always be under attack. Inventory & Equipment All set-ups should either bring a Beast of burden (such as a Pack yak/War tortoise/Spirit Terrorbird) carrying brews and restores (or food) OR use a healing familiar such as a Unicorn stallion or Elemental titan. If you lack the level to make overloads, you can also take ranging potions/extreme ranging potions, or even grenwall spikes as she drops ranging potions frequently, allowing you to make the extreme ranging pots as you need to. According to Jagex, you no longer need a mithril grapple to access the Armadyl Eyrie (though I have not personally checked to confirm this). Inventory And Equipment: See Tip.it's Armadyl guide at http://www.tip.it/ru...adyls_eyrie.htm for assistance with this. If you have any further questions, please feel free to visit Tip.It's Armadyl Eyrie guide (http://www.tip.it/ru...adyls_eyrie.htm) or post your questions below! Myself and the rest of the team hope that you can make it to this event to help us round out our GWD month!
