The battery was invented in the early 1800s and the capacitor in the early 1700s.

Well it's a good thing hydroelectric plants were allready invented. Related fact, most of Norway's power comes from hydropower while Denmark is mostly depending on its vast windparks.

We need haulers, end of discussion.

Nex, I think you're a little outdated... Jeremiah, if the stability and mobility is increased, will you accept the MarkII being put into construction?

Earth, the weight is minimized allready, I've removed almost half of its initial components, the problem isn't the antigrav anyways, it has been fine tuned to weigh the most optimal weight. Nex, not your decision.

The Back Room
Probably the wierdest thing done in any game. Then again, it was made by Swedes. Referance to Scandinavian jokes, in Norway, Swedes are seen as equal to blondes, in Sweden I think the Danes are (though I have heard a Swedish one where the Swede is dumb) and I'm not really sure ehich way it goes in Denmark or even if they are rgat common.

Haulers? If they need tech, repair or just have to be made, would you mind me doing that in exchange for you trying to make the MarkII stable and mobile?

If I can just get some help increasing mobillity and stabillity in the MarkII we should have a good multi-pourpose suit to use for tasks that would either be high-risk or require more than twice the personell/equipment if done without. Upon completion of the MarkII my focus for the MarkIII will be put on reducing weight and alternative strenght enchancers. Since at the time we'll have nanites then that'll open up new opportunities, namely an automated repair system and metal muscles. In order to fix the running program I'll have to retrofit simulator software in order for the pilot to not only be inside the suit, but to actually be it. Also once we get a station up and running, we should make a more powerfull simulator, one that doesn't break while simulating weapons of mass destruction/weapons of mass confusion (rapid-fire probabillity bomb)

Archi, the funny part of you mentioning coilguns is that Kristian Birkeland, the inventor died 3 years prior to the setting of this game, thus theoretically giving me the technology. He was also part of making the first furnace for large-scale production of ammonia. He also came up with several (corerect) theories regarding solar physics, mostly related to ions and solar wind and their interaction with polar fields. Though if Spork doesn't want it then I can research the coilgun myself. (As a note, Birkeland's best coilgun was only capable of firing at 100m/s with a range of 1km.) But I was actually thinking of a MarkI (from Iron Man) type of suit, not too unrealistic and not by far too aestetic. It'll look like something that could've crawled out of a junkyard and prone be to minor malfunction, like temporary jamming.

I call Scandinavia. I'ma go for steampunk and reinventing this time, I'll also focus heavily on genral areas rather than specifics. You'll all come begging before my titans of steel and steam/air/oil/electricity.

We'll have to support the Commonwealth with technology and bombardement and the resistance with equipment then. Personally I'd prefer if we could get at least one kind of suit up and running, I'd love to take a squadron of resistance members deep into Russian land to gather intel and technology.

Norway's trying to be neutral (I think) not because they want to, but because they've only got aproximatly 30 mill people, while they do have a reason to attack the Russians because they attacked to free west Germany, they simply lack the manpower to reach the commonwealth, and even if they do, they'll doom the future of their nation. Non-Russian NATO members that I know of (rounded down to nations on the map) are Norway, USA, Commonwealth, France, Turkey. Probably more European nations, but those I am sure of, we don't really have to ally them, just weaken them and give them the motivational "You know what, Russia's in deep [cabbage] now, with your help we can topple them. What do ya say, finish what we once started for old times sake?".

It's a good think I've developed the probabillity nuke, eh Ross? Currently it seems we have to ally with either Norway, the Commonwealth or both before attacking else we might be banned from the solar system. We also have the alternative of bringing Switzerland into the equation, or at least ask for their support. That said I think we should get some Norwegian scientists, Swiss engineers and Commonwealth soldiers to help us on the ship. Unless NATO has been disbanded we should weaken the Russian dogs before calling the entire NATO to arms, hopefully they'll se Russia is weakening and heed our call. As primary targets when we get the probabillity nuke turrets up and running I sugguest we fire upon North Korea, Iraq, Japan, Russia, the Baltic states, Arabia, Ireland, Canada and eventually dead-center Moscow. Note how the first targets are primary developers within nuclear weaponry and other non-conventional explosive weapons.

He'll probably still show up before 2011 though... So damn cold that moving typing is hard, I can concentrate, but it's like my fingers are asleep and covered in gauss... still better than when I have to start the music over again while walking to school because my dam phone's touchscreen is about as delicate as rice paper and the driver as stable as nitroglycerin (slight exageration, but it does randomly call people/restart).

So that means magnetism is useless against anything but metal and that I'll have to find another sort of think to mess with? Would there be any skill specifically dedicaded to rising creatures related to the undead, but not entirely/at all dead? Like ghouls, ghosts and werewolves.
-
Dungeoneering Again
But whenever I tried using magnetism you put that as allomancy, and microwaves, like all other forms of gamma radiation, are magnetic waves. Though you could put magnetism a sepparate spell class, but under both allomancy and electromancy.
-
Dungeoneering Again
I mean, at higher allomancy level can I place my hands on someones head and microwave them?
-
Dungeoneering Again
Ross, since I can use magnetism using allomancy, does that mean that at high levels I could use the full spectrum for non-technological pourposes?
