The Back Room
Maybe, but I stay up until one hour before my parents wake up anyways.

I have made a few lays but that's the closest I've gotten to creating any good story. I suck at drawing things I imagine at freehand and generally on drawing programs.

I have only created two or three threads here. Also the reason I haven't contributed much is because I joined maybe just a month before we moved here and Archi bacame the mod. Though unlike you I've kept from flaming and trolling and any annoyance I've caused is simply due to the content of my posts rather than the kind of post. Also I made a contribution not long ago, I PMed Archi a list of sugguestions for random finds, he seemed to like at least some of them. Also why use ICBMs to attack a nearby country?

Wow, you created the four most obvious rules the game had, this must mean you were really important, it's not like anyone with a brain could figure those out for themselves. [/sarcasm]

You weren't there the first few pages, though Doom was.

Earth, you've been complaining here a lot of how hard dwarf fortress is, but the question isn't why is it so hard, rather why the hell do you play an ASCII game?

Leaving encrypted or cryptic clues various places online. And I was thinking of using some math, but it's ok without it. Though I have no idea how to reward the "vinner".

People liked the first hegemony, the proof is the very existance of the tavern. Now people still like it and I'm sure some here still want to play it but due to it's casual style choose rather to play the other games instead. Who here would like me to set up an online treassure trial?

Let's just say I got an idea while reading Dan Brown's Digital Fortress.

Yeah luxury ware, since it's a luxury to have such cheese.

I have sorta missed what an Ashrak is. Arabia is basically part of Persia at this point. What do you want to talk about? (PM PLOX) Ashraks are my new special units. I want to discuss aliance and trade agreements. (Just start the PM and I'll start responding once I get back from my cabin (leaving just about now))

Next year the shuttles will arive on Mars, dump the water and begin return as the then finished inertial dampener research is finished. Inertial dampeners will reduce the time it takes for a trip to and back from Mars with one year, making it two.

Cheese is luxury ware I think.

I know HL1 is old, I didn't say the graphics were sub-standard for the era, but it still doesn't make it less low-poly. And HL2 is still cutting edge. Also I'd probably play Team Foretress if I bothered buying games.

The Zirids sends diplomats to Arabia and Persia.

Pretty poor graphics, still, after what I've read on the wiki it should be worth it to at least try.

You gonna tell me the limitations and costs for the ashraks, Retech?

I like Half-Life, never actually owned it, but I have played a few chapters. And I've read the entire story on the wiki I think. But the most amazing thing about it is the physics engine, Garry's Mod must be the most epic sandbox mod to any game ever created and there's a reason valve has kept using HL2's game engine in most of their FPSes.

The settlers inside the caves move out. Orrustagud Mather himself stands at their entrance and slowly generals, veterans and builders join him. "Our underground city proved fruitless," He said, "life proved to tough down there for any special use to come out of it that way." He turned to the generals; "I hear you are the kingdoms best tecticians? Enter, claim your rooms, this shall be your workplace and you shall teach those I send here to plan ahead and follow plans, teach them to strike swift at the weak links like cheetas and defend solidly and faultless like rhinos." As the generals enter he turns to the veterans; "You too shall stride down and teach, you shall teach how to fight swift like a viper, how to maul like a lion, how to ambush like a croc and how to stampede like a hippo." And as they too entered he turned to the builders; "You may wonder what you are to do here, you shall note teach, no. You shall head deep into the bowels of theese caves and sculpt them into grand halls fit for fighting, and into mazes, courses to test every inch skill and endurance in a students body to the limit ... living hells." That's right, a combination of an acadamy, a dojo and a boot camp, it shall cost 8 million gold standards and produce the very finest of soldiers; armed with two light shortswords of steel and several hidden daggers as well as high profficiency with longbows, they wear a shirt of three layers of wowen bronze threads above a soft layer of cotton with soft leather garments beneath. They are to be trained not only to use their equipment but also use their bodies as weapons and to use their aggility to dodge incoming attacks. They are also trained to work as assassins by wearing the leather on top to avoid suspicion. Their names; Ashrak. Also the Zirid empire begins a slow expantion first to cover the entire African-Mediteranian boarder, Then slowly move south but avoid taking anything belonging to Egypt.

Nope, a pint of tea, racoons bite, claw and give you hair in your mouth. My dog would've been a better alternative, he wouldn't even fight back.

I mean for example since Retech is rich on fish and we don't know if there are any ore deposits nearby it could be a viable trade route, if Retech gains high enough agility and someone cares to do the trech then a signpost to third district could be set up enabling quick trade.

Shock means sudden and powerfull attack. Basically they're a combination of scouts, ninjas and guerrilia soldiers.
