  1. It was either that or stay bored and keep eating.
  2. It's just that whenever something freaky happens I have to tell someone, and I saw it more fit to be told here than the MSPA topic on Facepunch. It's just that in a short glance at a mirror I suddenly went "OH MY [bleep]ING GOD MY EYES ARE RED!!!", then I realized it wasn't even late. Then I returned to my room and glanced at my shelf when I suddenly realized I could read the small text (about font size 14 on most text editors) from a few meters away even though it is gray on black and there's a bright light-source almost right in between me and it.
  3. I'm not eating pure sugar, just some really cheap toffee, and not for the purpose of testing either. It came in a bag weighing one kg and I've eaten about 3/7 of it.
  4. I just found out my body's reaction to an extreme excess of sugar, rather than overclocking my mind and making me hyper or falling pray to a slow metabolism and make me fat, the veins in my eyes dilate, while under usual circumstances the events that cause this often also cause blurred vision, mine is now sharpened somewhat, even though I already have perfect eyesight. I've eaten about 200-300 grams of almost pure sugar btw.
  5. Firefox, Skype, Steam and MSN here, occasionally 1-3 Windows Explorer and I forget to close Task Manager and the Calculator every once in a while. Other than that all of my windows are closed whenever they're not in active or passive use (passive such as Smart RAM's automatic function). Also I just sneezed while brushing my teeth, messy stuff and I almost mentally panicked when I felt it coming.
  6. My tab bar is now completely filled with app tabs alone due to the addition of two webcomics, one of which I actually need because I tend to forget its name. Any further tabs, even when set as apps start the second line, there's no room in the first at all.
  7. Earth, because I use them almost every day, my least used tab is Formspring, which I have open since then I'm notified whenever there's anything new. Haha, thanks to Ouyso using my computer to play Black Ops, Steam has finally decided to recognize the game, and while it requests that I buy it, Black Ops Multiplayer however is free but can only be downloaded together with Black Ops, so I can play that as much as I want.
  8. My tabs at home: Falador Tavern, Twitter, Gmail, Formspring, Facebook, Facepunch, Funnyjunk, MSPA, LICD, LFG, TG, CAD, QC, Bungle[bleep]ed (homestuck fan adventure), Adultstuck (homestuck fan adventure), BSCB, S&W, DoA and some others that I can't remember, all are used daily or close to daily, all abbreviations are webcomics.
  9. I understand that the amount of tabs I use may seem excessive, however what I said is both feasible and likely to happen in the near future, not to mention not wrong in every possible way.
  10. I wish Firefox had a way to separate app tabs, with 21 tabs, out of which 14 are webcomics/homestuck fan adventures, it's getting mighty messy here. Thank god I found an app to form multiple lines instead of having to scroll the non-app tab part of the bar. Also thank god for the "reload all tabs" function, it saves me a lot of time in the mornings.
  11. That's the mentally unstable, those whose control of their own mind is weakened.
  12. Another way to see it is that someone who's emotionally unstable is like a trap, harmless unless you activate it while someone who's mentally unstable is like the common horror film murderer, can come at anyone at any moment. The psychologically unstable however are not so likely to hurt someone as they are not to care if they do.
  13. Serial killers tend to act rationally according to their psychosis or delusion rather than on their feelings such as the common violent person does, thus why they manage to pull of several murders before being caught. Res, once again you're mixing up preemptive action with injustice, you can take someone into custody for assault, but you can't arrest them for getting mad quickly. Also note the difference between mental, psychological and emotional health. Emotional health affects how you perceive things and consider solutions, psychological health affects how you rationalize and how your mind functions, mental health affects how prone you are to lose control. Sucicidality and aggressiveness are affected by emotional health, how likely you are to kill someone is affected by your mental health.
  14. Might I add that while violent people tend to be a nuisance to society, they are actually less of a danger because they are violent. In a fit of rage they may kill one person, while seemingly stable people can become serial killers and suicidal people may decide to go out with a shootout. Which is more likely to do most damage, the guy everyone's careful around or the guy who's pissed at the world and has nothing to lose? Archi, neither of those are part of international law. Res, any such action taken against someone as a result of their emotional health is degrading and inhumane.
  15. That was not a complaint at the direction of the argument, that was a complaint at your inhumane mindset and unlawful statement.
  16. I am claiming that wanting to beat the crap out of something or someone is far better than wanting to take one's own life. And I never did say that she should not go to a doctor, all I did was to be a friend and let her benefit from my personal experience on the subject of mental torment.
  17. I do not wish to harm people, I only wish to put those that try to make me or those I care about miserable where they belong *cough*.
  18. Res, I do not go around assaulting people, when I get an urge to punch something, I punch my wall, I would not however have second thoughts about assaulting people who go out of their way to provoke me or seem to do so through simply not caring *cough*. There is also no doubt that my work with Lei was fruitful, I can safely say that because I'm already done, she's happier and more annoying than ever. Now may I remind you that what you are currently stating is borderline inhumane and may actually be in contradiction to the declaration of human rights?
  19. They could not possibly happen in this universe, but even so, it is reality in another. The word impossibility is invalid when it comes to discussing the multiverse, everything is circumstantial and everything that never happened or could have happened has happened in half the other universes. And no, there is no way to let out suicidality, the closest thing would be going emo and rasping up your wrist, and though I like my scars they need a funny or sappy cause or a reason for me to brag about them, I'd rather pick a fight and let myself be stabbed than to make the scars myself through anything other than testing my pain tolerance or scarification. And leave Lei alone, I fixed her, she's only has one mood swing a month and I'd be more worried if she didn't.
  20. There isn't infinite energy, however the the creation of a new universe, a big bang, divides void into matter and anti-matter which upon the recombination of which energy is created, presumably out of what would have been the anti-matter to nullify the remaining matter which formed... everything... Makes sense even though it is odd. Einstein told us energy and matter can be transformed into eachother, likewise anti-matter should be transformable into anti-energy, which really just is energy moving the other way, thus it is just plain energy.
  21. I'm literally laughing my ass of at how stupid that claim is. According to the theory of infinite universes, everything has happened and will continue to happen at every time, nothing is truly impossible, the change would just have to start earlier, heck, according to it there has even been one in which the big bang never happened and instead the big implosion caused space itself to collapse on itself and cease to exist, effectively erasing the universe. Also you should learn to think before you speak on regards to the mental health of others, back when I started "saving" Lei she actually considered herself dead. I also spoke out of personal experience because I by far prefer craving to beat someone up to the wish to hang myself, at least then I can get some of the frustration out by putting a dent in my wall.
  22. Better than suicidal.
  23. Except you blabber messages of self-loathing instead of discussing scientific and/or modern-philosophic topics. The correct universe is the universe in which the observer is situated. As for how you explained division of universes your first analogy explains it perfectly well, the current universe is neither of the future alternatives, but nor are them it, as it divides it ceases to be a universe in its own and rather becomes the common part of the alternatives, the alternatives did not exist in parallel to it because they spring from it.
  24. [bleep]ing standardization of random numbers, why can't the world just learn to use mega for Calories and milli for Farad, it's seriously annoying to see 1,000 kCal, 10,000 µF, 2,048 GB, etc.
