  1. awesome job. i love the ground. and the bits of red are the light passing through the cracks in the floor. he meant to do that. my only crit is, the skin color of the guy in barrows armor makes him look like he's kinda made of wood. actually, only his legs do for some reason. torso isnt bad. overall, nice job. well done for your first MAJOR sig too. love it
  2. The second one especially is looking fantastic. The main character in the second one for Opressor's comp. looks almost like it was 3D rendered. Love it so far.
  3. I'd love instructions to make one! The flag on the green behind my house (golf course) would be a perfect candidate for a shot. Nice job, very cool pic.
  4. The hair is a bit sketchy (haha, I'm hilarious....okay I'm done) and the nose is a bit small. But, otherwise, pretty nice.
  5. Maya works well for me. I model occasionally, but it doesn't seem too hard for me; I can produce some pretty good models. As far as skinning goes, I haven't really experimented much with it, so I'm not sure...
  6. Hey, that looks very good so far! Yes very. I like his clothes 8)
  7. Very nice! The only thing I don't like is the inner glow on the J272. Otherwise, very nice. You konw simplicity gets an A+ in my book.
  8. The ranger is ACE. The detail on that and every characters' armor is stunning.
  9. I love it. The Dog and his costume is great. Unlike Blazer (no offense to you) I think the dog blends pretty well with the background. Maybe it would be better if the dog was *slightly* darker. But overall, nice job. 10 gerbils/10 gerbils
  10. The lights next to the gravestone on the ground are fine, but the lighting on the torch by the gravestone is off. The glow should not just be around the light source. It should be more on the ground. Light a candle and you'll see what I mean. Otherwise, very cool style you have. Like venomai and Terley said, looks very sprite-ish. Very nice.
  11. http://img192.imageshack.us/img192/2267 ... sig5qx.png My current I guess. I'm thinking of making a ridiculously detailed Halloween Pixel, but I one to say I'll do something, but then I end up not following through. We'll see though. And Nadril, you've got my vote. That's utterly amazing.
  12. Lol, I love the scam-o-Meter. Your ideas are so original. Love 'em.
  13. Lol the anti-disestablishmentairianism potion. That made me laugh. Very nice and original ideas.

  15. Cool. I might wanna check out the site to see these noobies' work :P
  16. Pretty nice. Put something in that big space on the left though. Otherwise, simplicity is nice, and I like the color scheme.
  17. Yea, photoshop is what I use. The layers make it easy. But there are certainly plenty of people who use paint for amazing sigs.
  18. That probably my list too. Add you to that one also, mxm. ^^ Good list too.
  19. Princess will make you a stunning one. I'm not sure how busy she is right now though. Maybe try Blazer or Nuzza, I haven't been here in a while either because of chaos at school, but from what I've seen, people arerequesting them in their competitions. But yea.
  20. Wow, thanks for all the compliments. It's just a sig... :P But I appreciate it. Glad to see that people enjoy my work.
  21. HEY FROTH! I remember that sig you made for me. It was so awesome. I think I'm going to put it up soon, because I think it is still tucked away somewheres. Anywho, awesome job. The color scheme is PERFECT. I love the "visualization" and "direction" touches you added. All the tiny little details like the quote at the bottom are great. I really like how the whol thing gets lighter towards the bottom. Like Keiphus said though, maybe change up the girls a tad bit-different poses maybe. They really don't bother me all that much, but some little changes in pose would be cool.
  22. Watch your centering of the text on your toolbar buttons, but besides that, the simplicity is nice. Keep it as is, I say.
  23. I guess I'll join. Don't know how active I will be with school and ComedySportz, though. -------------------------- Tip.it name: Jabraulter What style can you make: Pixel Nickname: Jab Cool nickname for the group: Jab Male/female: Male Age: 16 Country: USA Suggestion: Contests and head to heads Samples of your work: 1. 2. 3. 4. His mouth is in the shape that he is about to say an 'F' word...swearing teacher LOL. Nice job though. I LOVE IT. The tentacles are great too. *puts octopi ink into teacher's coffee* *whistles*
