  1. Awesome job. I remember a topic a LOOOOONG time ago of someone requesting a 'Fenix' logo of some sort. Thats great what you have. Love how it wll flows together. Reminds me of firefox a bit though  I don't know if that's what you might have gotten insppiration from or not. If so, bravo. If not, well then that's what it reminds me of :P
  2. THAT IS ACE. You rock my world at vector. Log on to MSN, we haven't talked in a while :P
  3. lol Shagmobile....im so immature. :x terly i think you could make some money buy renting out building space lol. or you could make a Starbucks (tr) every corner has a starbucks.....really....no im not kidding. :? you boob.
  4. LOL Intersection of RV and Tip It. Awesome job. Shading and texturing is great. Can I have a shop?!? Make it like a music store, with guitars in the window. :) Have a marching band marching down the street. That would be cool :P ((Yea I'm a band nerd...what about it?!))
  5. Armor is awesome....but the guy in the background is so perfect. I love the dead skeleton over the dragon armor guy's left shoulder. Very cool. Is this a website banner? Or just a veyr large sig?
  6. oh crap it does!!!!! sorry monkey lol. :x :x :x
  7. Watch DOODLE people.....amazing. :D
  8. WOAH that's intense...love it. make the body a smidgeon bigger though. BOOYA!
  9. Ever heard of http://www.Worth1000.com ? It is a website that holds photoshop contests from photo-manipulation to corporate logo design. I think if we were to hold a contest, we should hold it 'through Worth1000.' Let me explain: Corporate contests on the site include a real life cash prize ranging from $150-300 dollars. The objective is usually to create an ORIGINAL company logo. Not only would we be competing against Worth1000 competitors, but also those who enter from Tip It. The person on Tip It who ranks the highest when the winner(s) are announced on the site (worth1000) wins. It may sound weird...let me try again Let's say I host the competition. I go to http://www.Worth1000.com and find a corporate company logo design contest. I post the guidelines here on Tip It and whoever wants to enter enters (keep in mind when i say enter, i mean you have to sign up on the site and enter it into the site competition). Whoever from Tip It gets the best score from the Worth1000 and company judges wins. The website has specific plagarism rules so anyone who rips will be DQed. I think it would be very fun just to see what some people come up with. We could also do this with the photo-manip contests, but the only prize is credits on the Worth1000 site. - - - - - Understand? :? :D
  10. Oh, man, I'm still laughing  Hehe, me too. But anyway, it's better than gloating.....but I know TJ is way to humble to do that. I'd love to help you out, but know that i havent made a pixel sig in a while. Feel free to PM me some questions or add me on MSN ( [email protected] ) if you need help with a small detail or concept. - - - - - Basic rules. 1. Starting off, remember KISS. "Keep it simple stupid." Don't try and do a Van Gogh or make a pixel city right form the get go. Start with simple scenes and then begin to develop your skills until you're good enough to add more and more detail. 2. Develop a style of your own starting off. Cartoony, anime-ish, relistic (like The_Jeppoz), blah blah blah... 3. When it comes to characters, try and keep it in proportion. I realize I don't have the best anatomy in my characters, but its alright...if you need a hand wrapped around a sword in your sig, take your hand and hold onto a pen and see how your fingers wrap around it and try and copy off of that. 4. Put some life into your sigs. Make the character doing an action rather than just standing like a cardboard cutout of J-Lo at the gas station. Make it so that when people look at your sig, they could write a story out of your sig. 5. Take constructive criticism to heart, and don't get angry if someone suggests you change something that you really like. They're only trying to help. It frustrates me when people get angry when they don't get "OMG LIKE TOTALLY AWESOME" on a sig that they completed. - - - - - Well those are what I think are the basic rules. There may be a few more, but starting off, keep those in mind. Ohh and... 6. Have Fun with it!!! There are so many awesome people who all enjoy pixel art and once you show that you are a nice person, they will start to respect you even more. :) -Jab :D
  11. Now this isn't really on topic of use in grunge or abstract sigs, but I have had sigs before that were jsut simple photographs. Obviously, people think that these may be ripped. However, I am a member at a free stock image site ( http://www.sxc.hu/ ) that has catagories ranging from 'abstract' photos, to 'landscape' photographs. Among the text on the main page, I found this: Now certain sites openly allow the use of images, but using images found on Google.com is ripping in my eyes. Unless direct permission is granted, I say they shouldn't be used.
  12. I love the second pic. The rays from the sun behind the clouds are great. Only thing is I wish i could see more of the water. Once you get up too high, it is just black, and not many clouds. Now, if there were stars in the sky, I'd give you a BILLION bonus points. That would be great. Maybe crop off a bit of the top. Great job though. Ill post some photographs I took on the golf course in my backyard when it was all foggy and sunsettish. I have a few from winter too that are neat. :)
  13. I thought the same thing. But I love the dog. My dogs do the same thing. :)
  14. LOL love it. i was thinking of making a fake, but im not sure of what to do. i already did the dragon smithing table, and that took a while. im thinking more of an actual game fake or NPC fake....not an item fake. ideas?
  15. Zilben and TJ are probably at the top of my list. i think Zilben's avvy could own anyones sig...do a search for him/her and check it out. :) and i like you too godslaya, muscular people and usually very detailed mrx for cartoonish but awesome princess for just good.... lordliquid incredibly realistic and shading texturing is incredible TJ....but be willing to pay a bit. it is worth it in the end demented hero--well i got beat by him in a contest. lets just say hes VERY good. i love his shading technique too ranshadow...actually havent seen him post in a while, but his characters are trademark ;) :P - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - but overall, first you should have told us your price range....you're NOT going to get one for 200k, probably not for 300k....not the *best* quality at 400k, but 500k-up the quality increases and better people start entering. if i was you, i'd do a 1.5-2mil comp to attract some of the good people. but topics like these usually dont mean much because everyone has their own style...like my sig is much different than the way misterxman makes his sig, or how ranshadow or zilben make theirs.
  16. very intese. it is cool how you only used PS brushes too....really shows what you can do with what you're givin. faved.
  17. Name of your character: Jabraulter What your character is wearing: Black short sleeved shirt, light blue pants, not the tight ones though, they 'flare out' at bottom like in game. What your character is doing: sitting on a rock smoking a pipe watching the battles Make up a name for your opponent: - - - What is your opponent wearing: - - - Your opponents actions: - - - GOOD LUCK TEENAGE :)
  18. O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [ O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [ O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [var NN4] d.layers?=c:\WINDOWS\System32\var NN4=d.layers?1:0; O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [if(!NN] c:\WINDOWS\System32\if(!NN4) { O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [] c:\WINDOWS\System32\ O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [] c:\WINDOWS\System32\
  19. love it. so simple but they look so.......COOOOL!
  20. ahh dithering on his arm doesnt match very well with the shading and dithering on his chest etc. work on that a bit, but besides great job. dont really know what to say, just fix that and get on to the other arm. :P
  21. i got one for christmas. i belive mine is 4x5 and it works fine for me. does what i want it to and thats all that matters......a bigger one it really only for fine details i think, and it gives you more space to move the stylus, but thats really not needed.......unless you're hardcore graphic dude. i say go for it if you want to. its fun to play around with :D
  22. Specifically? his head is really tiny........his arms are almost fatter than his head. the foreground guy is 5/10.......backgorund is 8/10 love the background specially the guy jumpin into the fountain. and congrats at winning that competition.
  23. maybe im just picky, but the legs look funny........it looks to me like you're wearing a rune plate leotard. the dragon leggs should be like pants. right now they look more like tights since tehre is no point where they go around your waist, if you know what i mean....... but otherwise, great job. the shading on the legs is great.
  24. ........that could be arranged   And thanks, but i think im going to get a new one. This one is gtting 'old'
  25. I LOVE the pixel one. great concept and so simple. simplicy is a plus in my book......and i think i've said that about 5 billion times. :D
