I'm so angry I didn't screenie this but there was this lvl 96 saying this. "Selling Granite Mace, usa ppl only."

I looked for it, dug in a few places with a spade, I just couldn't find it. Maybe it's somewhere in the long path between Lumbridge and the mines, that path with all the traps. Can the capsule even be found?
