But to make a chance in Bounty, I need Prayer because everyone else Prays on me. Note that I "bounty" F2P . So, shall I too, are shall I just be the one who is chanceless?

They are good, but the problem might be that you won't find a lot of fights since people will fear your stats. I would say around 75-85 as a stat is the best to pk with. But if you want high end, go for it, but it might get a bit harder to find fights. You know XmisspiggyX? She's a good F2P Rune Pure with maxed out Strength. And she does own.

I finnaly managed to get enough cash for a Dark Bow \ But prices are going down fast, D Bow went down like 300k or so, so shall I buy one now for 2.8m, or wait a little because it could go lower?

I don;t know the spead of eating it, but my guess is that Swrodfishes are better because they heal 3 more, so if you have like 26 swords: 26 x 12 = 312 HP to heal -> Lobs 26 x 15 = 390 HP to heal -> Swords
