Maze Random Event
You can usually do the maze by simply going through the door closest to you upon starting and keeping moving towards the center (there's only one door per section per level, so it's almost a linear route). If you run it shouldn't be hard to get 75% or above.

Prayer Flipping - bug abuse?
Hey I was just wondering if prayer flipping, i.e. turning a prayer on and off constantly in order to conserve prayer points, is bug abuse. Thanks.

Any reason to use crystal bows anymore?
Actually msb with rune arrows shoots 1.5 times as fast as the crystal bow, allows you to collect arrows, and on average is slightly weaker but also a lot cheaper than the crystal bow shots due to recyclability. So crystal bow isn't really that great.

Monday Poll: Why do you use other fan site Quest guides?
Tip.it actually has probably the best set of quest guides...but it lacks several key features that would make overall navigation and use much better. Zybez isn't nearly as specific or comprehensive in terms of content (I have to turn to tip guides 2-3 times per quest just because zybez guides often omit large, important parts for some reason, leaving me stuck), but its pictures and step by step organization make it worthwhile. Its "condensed" quest outline, usually on the side of its long quest outline is especially helpful if you're pressed for time or just aren't interested in the story elements; even though it often isn't accurate enough it's definitely a step in the right direction. Zybez also has a superior search and quest organization system (its length and difficulty ratings are pretty accurate and intuitive), so that makes navigation a lot smoother. In comparison tip guides have a lot better content but it basically looks like somebody just vomited a quest guide onto a page and that makes it extraordinarily hard to a) read and B) find a specific part of a quest. Great job on the content but the presentation format hasn't changed in like, 6 years. All in all, you can't lose with tip guides, but a bit of work would make them the top guides on the net.

Tricks with the New Shop System
I don't think your info for the bone crossbow is correct; I'm range 83 and I hit 25-27 with addy bolts without prayer or pot. You're range 93 and hit 23 WITH prayer and pot. They're probably more equivalent to bronze/iron bolts. Good price for value though.

Traeus Gayeth
I had to teleport out during the last part of haunted mine (brought 5 lobsters, underestimating him). Now that I'm going back to fight, do I have to do basically everything in the quest all over again?

Which D wep first?
Monkey Madness. Duh. Think of terms of rune scimitar and rune 2h; scimitar is obviously better. Halberd is analogously worse than a 2h. End of story.

Can I do Fight Caves? My GOAL!
Definitely go with range as it's the best method anyway. The lvl 22 bird things drain your PRAYER so kill them before they get to you at all costs. Also, range is ownage at the mid-high levels which you are at, and about 1k rune arrows shouldn't be that hard to afford.

Coal, iron, steel and cannonballs!
Don't mine or smelt at all; each steel bar provides 4 cannonballs and they sell for 200 each so 4x200 = 800 per bar. Steel bars only sell for around 600-650gp, thus buying saves you a lot of time and energy. As for where to smith them - cannonballs need furnaces to "smith", not anvils. Best place would be at Port Phantasmys (you'll need to complete Ghost Ahoys quest), the bank and furnace are literally right next to each other.

TzHaar Killing for Profit
Does the selling price only increase with the gloves? I have no gloves at the moment and capes sell for only 9k tokkul (didn't sell them to the store, I'm not stupid); the author of the other thread about how to earn tokkul said something like they shouldn't affect the price.

Perhaps add info about using a cannon?

Fastest way from 82-99 with a max lose of 5-6 million cash.
If you can make rune arrows, them plus msb = 75k-100k xp an hour. Train at a spot either near a bank or a place where you need next to no food, with good drops. Tzhaar caves is such a place and using rune arrows you actually profit from their obby and tokkul drops.

How to own the rarest item in the game :)
Yeah unfortunately you can only trade 2.14B in cash, and there's no way the rest of the items (even like, just a bunch of god armor or something), could possibly trade for the last cracker. Also, as somebody mentioned, just buy the crackers and hoard them. Same as high-alching, except you don't lose the half bil. If you want people to go nuts, maybe show like ONE video of it over and over again, even if you are that rich. And it's not really a hypothesis if it's largely impossible to prove or even represent, btw.

Who was first? - I'll tell you....
I like how the first to be banned's name is "Boot". That's ownage. Surprising lack of Zezima on here :-k

[MISSION COMPLETE]$5.00 USD?Jagex is screwing the Canadians!
I don't know either (been members for maybe 2 months); I used paybycash. Maybe they have a leet conversion system? I paid 68 for an annual, thought it would be the same all around. And about the whole national pricing thing; the same thing happens across the board, it has nothing to do with Jagex. A recent study conducted by Canada's federal trades committee showed that on average, Canadian products are priced 20 percent higher than identical American counterparts. There are several reasonings regarding this and the two main ones are: 1) Canadian's dollar's rise has been relatively rapid, and most retailers (including online ones) usually update their stock prices only once or twice a year. Thus, drastic changes can't be expected immediately. This also gives them room in case the dollar fluctuates, which brings me to the next point: 2) Parity means nothing. The Canadian dollar hasn't risen so much as the American dollar has fallen. Not to mention Canadians are also enjoying the recent windfall of a resource boom. This makes the Canadian dollar's strength extremely flimsy; as soon as America falls out of its housing slump (most likely with new lines of research in stem cells), Canada's dollar will falter. Its resource boom is also extremely temporary, with Alberta's oil sands drying up in possibly less than 10 years. The strength of the Canadian dollar is more or less an illusion and in most global markets is still a ways below parity. It wouldn't be surprising if the dollar fell back down to 0.80 USD within a few short years. Kind of a long explanation for a simple topic, but there you go, that's your answer.

Rune Cbow vs. Magic Shortbow
Money is really not an issue, so 10k rune arrows = 10k diamond bolts for all purposes. Although I would like to know the durability of diamond bolts, are they more or less than rune arrows? I thought rune arrows went for 350-400 and diamond bolts could go up for 1k each; wouldn't that make the rune arrows more cost-effective? Again, money's no issue and I only care about training effectiveness. I'm currently training in the tzhaar caves if that helps.

[MISSION COMPLETE]$5.00 USD?Jagex is screwing the Canadians!
Dude I do not know what payment type you are using but none of them are that expensive. I live in Canada and I got members a while ago when dollar was even less than it was now, it was freakin less than 6 bucks a month. And I didn't even use the cheapest method; honestly you're probably paying by some uber expensive method and subscribing for like a month. When you get members you'll want more anyway so just shell out the annual fee. What's that, like an hour's wage? Geez.

Bind 5 secs. How fast does Jagex count?
All bind spell count at the moment that you cast it; just like how xp is determined before you see your hit land. The bind animation is particularly long so that's why after that, you only have 2 seconds to attack. Definitely NOT a good tool to use in f2p as it costs over 500gp to cast it and has little to no effect in solo pking (even in team pking the share that you get from a pk spread across all the binds you've cast, you'll break even at best.)

Rune Cbow vs. Magic Shortbow
In terms of training, which of these two are better? Head: Archer Helm Neck: Amulet of Fury Cape: Accumulator Full Black DHide Archer Ring Ranger Boots Magic Short Bow + Rune Arrows Or Head: Archer Helm Neck: Amulet of Fury Cape: Accumulator Full Black DHide Ring: Archer Ring Boots: Ranger Boots Rune Crossbow + Diamond Bolts (e) + Unholy Book From my point of view, magic short bow is slightly better because of its speed. Although the cbow hits harder and more often (and has the built in ability to lower range def to be even more so), the msb makes up for it by shooting 1.5 times faster. So for example, I hit 16's with msb, and 22-23 with cbow, but msb: 16*1.5 = 24. However I haven't collected any data with this yet, so the accuracy factor of the cbow might play a factor and beat the msb. Any of you guys have a say?

~The Big List of Bugs!~
There was that one in RSC where they introduced the tea stalls to varrock; it was supposed to be behind the east bank but it was in front of it instead, blocking traffic.

Varrock mining armor
The 3 have different levels at which they can work, but does it also make the event happen more often at a higher armor level?

~The Ultimate,How To Earn Tokkul Guide!~(11k+ Views!)
Wouldn't it be more worthwhile trading drops for their coin value? Even with the gloves the prices don't really match up. For example, uncut onyx is worth aprox 4M, and costs 260k tokkul. Therefore, each tokkul is worth about 15.38 coins each. Trading in an obby cape, worth 300k in coins, is worth only 9k in tokkul, which translates to only about 138k.
