What do you mean with the first? There's probably a quest/task associated with it that they're planning to use for later, same with the elf place. Of course i understand that. But it¨s been so very long time since Monkey Madness quest, and the area is still closed. And the difference between this and Elf one is that you can see the stuff in this area and even a item. While Elf city is kinda deserted. To be more spesific with title "Why has Jagex not released quest associated with this area". :P

Now this area was updated to Runescape when Monkey Madness quest was released and the last Apetol quest i can remember is "Do no Evil" one, so i am wondering why is this area still closed? And when do you think we can expect a new Apetol quest? P.S i recorded this video in first place to show to a friend the nice training spot :)

Good that you love it, but there is two sides of the coin. Those who like it and those who don't. Why couldn't they make a usual update for players like me and a hidden celebrating update for players like you? And no i am not forced to join it, but i expect content update that's perm, not a temporary one. I never did much of Wild Wyrm neither did i find Haiti useful. But if Jagex workers have day off. Then i have to say that's cool. :thumbup: But that does not mean i support a game where you celebrate irl events like a wedding. But like i said, if workers have day off, you can't expect much updates. So that kinda justifies it.

Actually it does not. The wedding update is not a religious update. And so the items of non holiday updates should be usually good. It sounds like it's just stuff that we just put in the storeage of Diango. Stuff that we very rarely use. So your point does not stand. Because a Elite excalibur >from a main update, or a Korasi sword, or a Dragon dagger>>all from main updates and not a religious update is way better than some stuff to "celebrate" a wedding we don't care about. I mean why would i celebrate it? I am happy for them, but why should i celebrate it?

The reason i don't critize Thanks giving, Christmas and so on is because it's so well known and have become a "Must" in many games. And so i have learned to accept that. And i don't mind it, because i know there is TONS of different people in different countries celebrating these events. However, the update with KBD and KQ love seems really lame because it's only for British people, and the update seems like a waste. Like Wild Wyrms and that stupid Haiti wolf. But hey i accept they are going through with this, i am just saying whati think of it.

It's not ass kissing, i just got carried away lol. But i just think that it's lame that Jagex releases a update because of a british event. I mean it's lame way of updating the game. Honestly i find it negative. Now before i tell you why, you have all rights to be proud of being british and i have nothing against brits. But tell me why is it so necessary that Jagex makes a update just for sake of monarchy? Obvious answer is because Jagex is a british company. But it gives a sad message that British culture are more important. It's sad because Runescape has become so succesful becomes of the many different players from world playing it. Not just because of brits. And if you want to make your own people come first why not change game in a radical direction? Call it Britishscape and update more british stuff. What i like about Runescape is the variety of cultures. But i know one case where i find Jagex offensive. Polliveach, every npc is called "Ali". Ok, you portray British npcs in a good way, fine. But why just call all arabian npcs "Ali"? Why not create variety? Then people who are arabs can relate to the names and think "Man Jagex are sure respecting people". Also it honestly would look better with npcs being named other than Ali. But that's how i think of it, that you should try not to favorize a one culture over others in a game. But i can imagine it can be hard to do that considering that as a game developer you would probably be influenced by your culture. P.S I would prefer a perm content over a "Come and go" like KBD and KQ love story also.

Perhaps because the monarchy is a massive part of the British national identity and it is a massive deal for the 2nd in line to the throne to be getting married and it gives an extra bank holiday. Seriously, who here cares enough [cabbage] to dedicate 1 pharagaph of Runescape bts to Royal [wagon]? Isn't there already tons of media covering that couple? Why must Runescape (a game sucessful because of player supports) have to do anything related to Royal couple? It's called kissing ass that's what it is. I don't got anything against the couple, but it's bloody unecessary. And i honestly don't give a [cabbage] if the developers of Runescape are brits. If Jagex really wants to do something for Royal couple Jagex, do it without adding it to BTS.

I find Lunar update nice, as for the Items kept on death it seems ok, not sure if it was needed though. The Prince willian and Kate [cabbage] is just [cabbage]. Nothing big for me to look forward in updates. Again, Prince William and Kate [cabbage] is just [cabbage]. Don´t see why they made a pharagraph in the BTS about them two. Sure they are the british royal couple, but WTF? Why a pharagraph.

@ Is There Even a Danger? It took me a while to get the items that you mentioned to make combat easier. And getting 99 Magic and Defense also took a while. And i agree that most monsters are taken lightly, but when a monster becomes easier to kill because you acquire a healing item (EEE) or a better offensive weapon (Chaotic rapier/Long/Maul), the drops will also go down in price. Look at Ice strykewyrms, Staff of light is bloody 2Mish. The only good perspective the article gave me is that Jagex should release more monsters where you can´t just click and kill. A good example of monsters like that are ice strykewyrms. But then again if Slayer monsters or regular monsters become to strong and demanding to kill, then they will be labeled as a "boss". I find article repeating what i already know, and again if you make a slayer or a general monster to strong or demanding, it will be automatically considered a boss. And bosses (Monsterhunting) has loads danger there, so why not go and get yourself killed.

A friend of mine told me that a friend of his claimed Mod Emily had listed Ring of stone in "Future update list". I went to "Future updates" forum and tried to find the topic, but did not find it anywhere. The person claiming this said the topic was about Ring of wealth and Ring of stone was mentioned and on Page 2, Mod Emily had said something. It seems that it's false, but i wanted to ask here.

I agree. And i don't think they use their cash to make Runescape better, they want to make more games. And that's understandable, but for us playing Runescape, less content and stuff.

2 more suggestion added to list: - Wearing ring in Living rock caverns you will now not be attacked - Chance of turning a boss into stone for 10 seconds, you can not attack boss though. It¨s a way to eat up on food.

Why on earth would you do that? Is the animal going to be able to understand your sacrifice? What would the animal achieve during its lifespan? Would the animal be grateful? I have my reasons. That's all i will say. And i am not asking for a animal to be grateful towards me. Afterall it's a animal, besides a animal can't understand it like that. If you save a animal directly, sure it will, but without it seeing with it's own eyes? Nah doubt it would understand that lol.

I think one would need to research to really find out if one hour will help. But there is many factors that affect Earth, but i think the thought of turning off the lights is nice. It's nice to turn off lights and connect off all electrionic devices.

I don't get why people look at this as a hippie thing. Human race is most dominated race on earth, we build cities where there were earlier forests with wild life, and we fill the area with toxic city enviroment. Hippies are drug takers and don't give [cabbage]. They are just high on drug as far as i know, and it seems they are so high on a drug called "peace and love" that they don't accept reality as it is. Animals that were earlier pets, are killed because there is no room for them, why? Because we humans take space. I am not saying let's kill ourself or sacrifices ourself for other races, but we should try to contribute to make things better for animals. Very stupid that i see coments "I turned on all lights". What is your point? That you give [cabbage] about living things? You wouldn't think that way if the air you breath was toxic. I saw a video on in a TIF forum, and it really made my heart feel sad. It was a video showing animals in funny situation, and the message was clear "You want to adopt this dog, or this or that?". Seeing that video i reflected on my life and how big of a fool i am, and how i do not deserv to live. If God truly exists and God was ok with my decision, i think i would give my life away just to give a animal a chance. Afterall, what makes my life more worth than a dog's? Because i am a human?
