I concur. Bronze dragons are the lame. Either raise your combat or slayer skills, or try a different slayer master.

He could try range, or mage. Baby dragons take up more than one space, so ranging opportunities can arise.

That probably isn't why they think of you as one.

You could always try baby blue dragons. They are lv 48 and they drop baby dragon bones, which get 30 xp each.

Well, there seem to be plenty of people here discussing the possibility of a lv 3 with 99 slayer. Like this: How would a lv 3 even be able to get a slayer cape? They would have to beat Shilo Village et al. to get one!

Well, eye of newt costs like 3 coins each in shops. But as a second ingredient, someone is usually looking for some, seeing as how eye of newt is used for attack potions.

An Agility skillcape would definitely make you more interesting at parties.
