Real, if an account was madae after Dec. 10th it gets the update early. [/hide] Its real. My friend has a few black marks and he has this limit. Time doesn't matter. I made a few accounts to test this and a friend traded over the limit and it didn't work, then I tried accounts made before Dec. 10th it it would let them. -.-
