  1. If this is your idae on merchanting, what is PKing? You are killing innocent players and taking their stuff. If you want to put merchanting in a bad light, Pking is even worse. This leaves the fact that skilling is the only honest way of earning money in Runescape. I though, think that Pking is just as fair as skilling, and so is merchanting. If you don't like the merchanters price: Don't buy it! There is nothing more to say. Merchanting is selling goods between the merchanter AND the buyer. If you think that merchanters rip people off-those people are ripping themselves off just as much. Anyways, if both people agree on a price-nobody is ripped off. Merchanters can't force people to buy their stuff.
  2. This contest is to see who makes the best wallpaper. All of the subjects will have something to do with Runescape. Wallpapers may be a photo, sketch, drawing, or computer drawing (paint, paint shop, etc). If you are doing a sketch or photo, you must download or scan it onto the computer. NO animations! All work must be 100% yours. Please post your entries here, and PM them to me. The winner will be announced every Saturday. All winners will be sent by PM a cool sig saying they were the winners of the Runescape Wallpaper Contest. I would like to thank 4be2jue for making me these amazing sigs. Click Here to see all previous winners. PLEASE PM the wallpapers to me!!! I do not really want them to be posted here for two reasons: 1) Other people can steal your work and ideas 2) As this thread gets longer, it will be harder for me to find all of the wallpapers. I will be able to respond to it more quickly if you PM it to me. This week's subject: This week's contest if over.
  3. I am holding a contest for the best signiture. This signiture must be a picture. The topic will be advertising the Amazing Guide to F2P Merchanting. Here is an example: The contests will take place every week. You may only submit one sig each week. If your sig is not chosen for one week, you are allowed to submit it again the next week. I will announce the winners each week on Saturday. If not, I will definataly post the winner on Sunday. All signitures must be original-If they are taken from the internet or copy another person's idea-you will be disqualified. If you are chosen to be the winner, I will add your signiture to list, and you will be given credit. Note: Please do not post the pictures for the sigs here . Please PM them to me on the Tip It forums. This will make it so that nobody is able to copy your ideas. Come on!! Show the Tip It community your imagination and artistic skills! You never know...you could be the winner. Please do not post on this thread-if you have questions, please PM and I will answer them on this thread my self. I would appreciate is the only things posted on this thread would be posted by ME. I will only be posting contest winners, and answers to any questions you may have. Thank You.
  4. i dont really want better sounds-Jagex decided to update mining because it was 1/50 of a millisecond off, and now the new way of mining is completely [developmentally delayed]ed.
  5. 6/10-great guide, but in order to get the 10/10 you really need to work on spelling and grammer.
  6. Not really i guide. Before you write a guide-try looking at others and research a little. That way you have at least 10 well written examples. You should make a merchanting guide, and make the ones you have a little more detailed.
  7. I always used to fight lessers on my main. They do NOT hit 12s. There highest is 8 with full rune and 40 defense. I have no trouble meleeing them, and my defense is only lvl 47. Plus-my strength and attack arent that high either.
  8. isnt there a place to sell ores?
  9. what about merchanting?
  10. People will never buy limps for 2k each in Varrock on Worlds 1-5. Maybe in the forums-but that is members. The rares prices may not be exactly correct-this is because not many people like to buy and sell them, and it is very hard to know for sure. If blue party hat price is wrong in this guide-tell me the correct price-otherwise I won't know what to change it to.
  11. it wont kill skillers to train a little-if the can do repetitive skilling for hours-htey shouldn.t have a problem killing a few cows.
  12. Believe it or not-try buying Runes in more poulated worlds-such as World 1-5. This is because since there are so many Player Merchanters, there is not enough room for that many autoers. This means that Less People=More Autoers.
  13. I don't really think this is a good idea. What if someone is a skiller and has default clothing? What if a low level has been muted? What if a player made their name a jumble of letters? Either way, people go on Runescape to play the game. If they are randomly selected to kill autoers, they would not be able to enjoy Runescape itself. That would not be fair. Although-Jagex can hire some employees to do that. And most likely, if someone gets home, they might get discouraged to buy more macroers if they realize their autoers that they spent money on are all gone.
  14. The thing that bugs me the most about being in F2P, is not in the game itself, but when you try to contact Jagex-no matter how important the subject is-they send some {bleepin} automatic letter written by the computer. Its always "Why don't you become a member" and blah blah blah. I hate how little Jagex cares about F2P. We supply them almost as much money as member's through ads!
  15. You must remember tht randoms where originally created to messup autoers. Therefore-If you do a repetitive action-ar stay in one place without really doing much-it is more likely that you will get a random. That's why there are always so many random events at the fishing docks in Karambja-because people are just fishing, over and over again.
  16. This HAS to be the funniest thread ever!!
  17. I don't think this is worth the effort. It would actually take Jagex quite a bit of time to do this, and I highly doubt it would be worth it. If someone's following you just keep walking to your destination. Most likely, they'll stop after a certain point. Otherewise, you can bring the noob to the other side of Runescape and log out  .
  18. Yes its true. In order to get bigger bank space, Jagex must buy the memory. And before they upgrade member's bank, why don't they upgrade F2P's bank. F2P is not asking for 100 more bank spaces-we only want 12 more. That way we store all of the stuff we NEED. Im absolutaly positive that you have old quest items, holiday items, or other things that you just don't need.
  19. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
  20. Thank You-its about time i got a good reply...lol
  21. Can you make a list of what mithril dragons drop?
  22. What happens if you get an account, and once you go to tutorial island, you realize that they might have given you someone else's account? :-k And I thought the max lvl you could get on tutorial island for any level was 3? Also, I have no idea how the members skills became that level on tutorial island, considering it doesn't even talk about them...
  23. Just a thought-Imagine Zezima up against a horde of random events!Who would win? Actually, it would be bad. You would be up a gainst a thousand genies, and they would just teleport you away since you can't respond to them all. if it was another random, they could kill you instead...
