This. Once a Bonus Experience Weekend is announced, people get hyped up and start trying to buy bulks of items (Herbs, crafting materials, seeds etc), so it would be a great time to sell then!

To be fair, I think you might find the community can be a lot more fun than the actual game at times! :P Like any game, just set yourself an objective and try to complete it...although if you're like me or a few of the people I know, you'll have a short attention span and move on to something else to do ingame! For example, focus on trying to get a certain item, completing a certain quest or minigame or even have a bit of fun trying to raise a few levels. And always remember that the community will help you with anything you need help with! Hope you have fun joining this game and community/family! :D

Personally whenever I go to frosts, I find that a cannon would kill most of the dragons! About 1.5k cannonballs per hour trip pays for itself and profits, so do keep that in mind! But without a cannon, I'd say you may get around 100 kills or so, as said before. Also, 3 ovls, 3 renewals and 2 super antifires, then ppots and sharks in my inv works perfectly so give them pots a try, and allows you to last the full yak without any issues. And exchange Verac's helm for a Neit if possible. Rest of the set up sounds fine, though if you don't use the DFS and exchange it for a Ddef, you might get a few extra kills. Do realize that each dragon either uses Melee+magic or Melee+range, a dragon will NEVER use range and magic attacks, so swap prayers/curses appropiately or you may have a hard time. Keep an eye out for the Deflect damage orb special that the dragons have; with a cannon you won't get them to do it too much cause they'd be killed so quickly, but without they may do it a bit more often. Enjoy! :)

Sad thing is, Leik, despite all them deaths, you still managed to get more EXP than I do per most of my floors! :P And Dat sandwich lady :o

Searched the email address that I found left on my Gmail account, got an IP address and searched it's location; shows up as "Google Inc" in California...what? :L EDIT: Just realized that it searched for where the @gmail part of the address was located...and I wonder how I was hacked.

Well slayer is still a nice way to keep it varied and get the exp, and you can look at the exp in terms of tasks instead of amount till the level :P

Done all of them now thankfully, I'm going to have to get another anti-virus program though as I have Norton atm and it sucks. Hoping this is the last of it!

Yeah I realize they were probably lying; though just to warn you all, remove ALL information from your tif account, I think that may be how he decided me as mines had my email address.

They were using a hidden IP, I couldn't find it whenever I logged in, though I have an email account that they left on my gmail account...the [bleep]. HE claimed to be a student from Norwhich... Would it be too much to go about kneecapping every 18/19 year old in Norwhich?

Chaotics gone, 3.8k green charms gone and my ddefs gone... Nothing that can't be replaced thankfully. Every piece of info i have is changed and computer is scanned, all sorted

Yeah but they still managed to get in, dunno how :( Though the chaotics are the only damage to the account.

Got 98 defence earlier, but that's been overshadowed by something that's annoying the hell out of me! I got hacked. Completely through my own stupidity of my recovery questions on my email address. They dropped my damn chaotics! :(

Account was just locked; about half an hour too late. The guy dropped my chaotics :(

Hacked again, and they've changed my email passwords...why can;t i get the account locked?! :(

Thank you so much for this, I'm useless when it comes to something like this as it hasn't happened before! Changed the email address linked to my account too so that may help in the longrun..

Could you try to get it locked if you can now? I've given the stuff to a very truthworthy friend who'll mind it till this is all sorted

Just got kicked off again, took longer getting account back due to having to use an alternative address. they sold my bandos and were about to sell the rest :( I'm giving my stuff to a friend to keep hold of for a while till i get this sorted. Or is there any way i can get a Jmod to lock my account until i contact them again or so?

Seems that I cannot get into my email account now, even with the new pass... And for some reason my recovery questions aren't working either...WTH?

Well there hasn't been an attempt since I changed all the info so I'm hoping that's that but i'm just wondering what else I can do as a precaution! :P

So I was logged in and doing a clue scroll and walking out of yanille when I just insta-logged out, thought nothing of it as it could have been 6 hour auto-log. Went to log back in and it said my account was locked. I fully panicked and went to recover account and got it back within 4 minutes. I logged back in on the changed password and I was at the GE with all my money in my inventory. So I go again to do the clue and another minute or 2 later the same thing happens, this time I recover it within a minute and I was back at the GE on the same spot. I ran a quick virus scan and there isn't anything showing up, so does anybody have any idea what's going on? I changed the password for my email and for RS into passes i've never used before. I changed my recovery questions too. Anybody else help me out more?

Jagex never email your real email address as far as I know, they will only contact you on your Ingame email account. Although if you cannot access your account, try having the email send to an alternative email account that would not receive the spam/account stealing emails.
