They usually pick people with 0 black marks but they may pick people with any amount. They look at how you act in the game and how you act to others. It is basically pointless trying to become a pmod because you probably will just be wasting your time.

I would reccomend buying steel bars or the supplies for steel bars and making cannonballs. It is slow but it is a nice profit.

Jagex says that spam isn't aloud so yeah, they have every right to mute for that. Even if it's one line it is still spam.

Probably E in American because all it has is cartoon/fantasy violence. No gore or heavy blood.

It would be interesting to have a dragon picaxe. I doubt it would be from a quest though. Maybe a minigame. I don't think it would make mining that much easier, but it would help a hell of a lot for people going for 85+.

I usually just play by myself. I hang out a lot in world 99 in case I see anyone to do something with though.
