always stick to yew longs, they are very fast to sell, also fast to buy the materials. Off course, the magic bows are better/faster exp, but you'll have a hard time to sell the bows. So yew-longs all the way.

Brimhaven is good for your level, though watch out for the poison darts, they lower your agilty points if they hit you. Avoid them if you can ;)
