Playing Endgame on Veteran. I swear to christ its near impossible. "Stay out of open areas." Too bad the entire level is open. Took neaarly half an hour to beat such a short level. Still need The Boneyard, Contingency, and Loose Ends. [bleep].

No, it's a pretty safe bet the maps suck. Anything with alot of corners in a game thats so heavily based on connection falls victim to this, and Favela I just plain don't like. I do alright on it, but Ijust don't like it for some reason. Highrise is tolerable, sometimes.

Because of the same BS that causes killcam Jesusing, I keep dying at 3 kills. P.S. Add Favela, Highrise, Karachi, and Rust to the list of maps I hate.

Isn't CoD just running around shooting people? Isn't Need for Speed just driving around? Isn't Command and Conquer just telling guys where to stand?

Looks: Pretty eyes, relatively skinny. Personality: Don't be an idiot. Manage to get past this part and we'll talk specifics later. I swear everyone at my school is the typical giggling idiot. As someone above said, I'd be lying if I said looks didn't make a difference, there's certainly a minimum, but I'm just not one of those people that makes the decision based on that, because it just leads to problems later on.

But then things won't seem as intense. "Hmm... Since they won't launch the nuke no matter how long I take I think I'll just play around on this Predator Missile and walk through after I've killed everyone." On Veteran, thats exactly what needs to happen. At the very least extend the time for Veteran. There's challenging, and then there's frustrating.

There needs to be more frequent checkpoints if not quicksave, and time limits need to be eliminated from all gaming entirely forever.

Thats the problem. It can be nearly impossible to move up when it's raining lead. I'm not playing in any particular order, but the hardest time I've had so far was the ending to the oil rig. When they pop smoke and you have to use the thermal sights. Must have taken me 20 tries to make it to the doors. It was a slow creep along the left side. It doesn't help that your squadmates have all the free will of a 15 year old fashion slave. Edit: Just beat Takedown. It was pretty hard, but I didn't seem to die as much as in other missions.

I try to pick them off one by one, but there's a few areas where they infinitely respawn. The Gulag I expected to be the hardest, but it turned out to be the easiest one I've done so far. And here's something thats true for all gaming: It's ALL persistence.

Veteran was really easy in this game. Not at all. Maybe compared to CoD4, but it's hard as hell, takes forever. Currently up to 50% completion on Vet. I tried to do contingency, but Veteran + time limit = rage.

How the hell are you supposed to beat Veteran on Xbox without quicksave?

Direct Hit or Rocket Lawn-chair? I've had some success in different situations with both, but I have no idea.

I believe we already are. Christ, getting Scar-H Extended Mags is annoying. Even after all this time, it's still 33/40.

These aren't jokes, these are facts.

Law 4: You will always be killed right before a streak. Always. Law 5: In Demolition, your team has dedicated it's existence to staying as far away from the bomb sites as possible. Law 6: What actually happened is not what the killcam saw. And the killcam's word is law.
