  1. [every piece of music on youtube] SO MUCH BETTER THAN JUSTIN BIEBER! Yes, yes it is. Now please stop posting that to every video on the internet.
  2. I sure as hell don't play them for the multiplayer.

Needs no explanations. In movies, the bad guy always gets the best song, so let's see em'. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HZ6cw_MuTDE http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fRO-M4XyAbM http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sy62mqmqwCQ http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fOBwH2Or-A8 All from the NC's list, but these are my favorites.
  4. Um, what? That's not an unanswered question, that's just writer laziness. It's not like they're going to explain in MW3 how they moved that many troops across the Atlantic undetected, it's just crappy writing that we're supposed to accept.
  5. Not to mention Maine also has to deal with whatever horror Stephen King conjured up that week.
  6. What? It answered EVERYTHING, the rest was sequel hook, if you read the wiki. My problems were the unrealistic invasion, and the lack of any buildup to justify it.
  7. Playing the Modern Warfare campaigns. You know what? After reading the CoD wiki and really looking at all the details, MW2's storyline is actually REALLY good, I just hate how it's ruined by the atmosphere of it. The newly formed second USSR invades in response to the terrorist attack staged by Shepherd, but HOW DID THEY MANAGE TO CROSS THE ATLANTIC UNDETECTED? Screw the ACS. And who did we piss off in Europe that they failed to send someone a warning, if the story is that they can't openly help because the US is the "aggressor". You know what? Even this invasion could have worked, except we never really get the Cold War feeling leading up to it. The first Cold War had countless close calls over a period of nearly 50 years. This had one incident after 5 years. tl;dr, this game would have been GODLY if they added some more early levels to further illustrate the Cold War atmosphere, and come up with an invasion plan that is more technically doable. It would NOT have to include D.C. I think the only game that's done a US invasion somewhat realistically is World in Conflict.
  8. So...Italians? Ah joke, ah joke. To contribute, these people I call the CoD firearm experts. Everything they know about weapons they know from CoD, and believe that they have absolute knowledge of these things. Expect them to frequently talk about the AK47, the M16, and nothing else.
  9. Good! Good! Let the hate flow through you!

*looks over* *cat is stuck in tall laundry bin* Busy night, halo?
  11. 'ch' is kind of a big deal, though. ц Problem solved. Thanks, Cyrillic! Remove one letter but add another? Might as well leave glorious C by itself. Not really. Places where it would have a k sound would still be a k and an s sound an s. That's intended for ch.

Take some martial arts classes, get a weapon, get some tights, get ran into by a car and stabbed, become Kick Ass.
  14. Thanks. You're right, it may be kinda rough, but I'll spend a while putting this together, and post back with results. Until then, I won't post about the subject.
  15. Yeah, but they're useless. May try a different one, or the dean. But they have a history of NOT stopping stuff like this after they've heard about it. Something else I want to use to my advantage. For all the complaining I do about how the MAJORITY of my school are bad people, there's like 1000 people here. That still leaves quite a few decent people that for whatever reason, don't say anything. Maybe if something were organized, they would?
  16. Aaand now we're back with this again. It was cluttering up the today thread, so I'm moving it here. Already posted story earlier, but for those just tuning in, here's a recap. Autistic kid on my bus gets picked on heavily. I want to stop that. The few people that don't seem to laugh along with them are obviously not going to do anything, and I thought maybe if someone does, they will. I was wrong. Telling them to leave him alone like you guys suggested worked... for a time. But now we have an even bigger problem. Today they started again, escalated it, and the same method as last time failed to stop it. I'm not going to lie, I'd rather not fight. I'm willing to get hurt/in trouble, but only if it accomplishes something. Going into a fight alone, I'm going to get my ass kicked. The only advantage I may have is that they're all behind me, and so maybe forcing them all to line up in the aisle would help. As I said though, if the violence is going to happen, if I don't get hurt, I will at the very LEAST get into a lot of trouble, so I need to know exactly what it can accomplish before starting anything. Everything can go perfectly, but if it doesn't stop the bullying it's a failure. Any and all suggestions VERY much appreciated.

It never seems to come to that. I'd feel like it wouldn't be justified if I throw the first punch, but I'm agreeing with you. Maybe it's time. The fact that they aren't going to make a first move shouldn't mean nothing is done about it. Individual cases at a time. I want to deal with the previously mentioned bus problem first. I asked for help on it in the Real Life Help & Advice thread, and standing up to them DID put them off of it for a time. They started again today, and this time just telling them to [bleep] off didn't work. Any suggestions? Edit: Moved. http://forum.tip.it/topic/245618-real-life-help-advice/page__st__1160__gopid__4781380#entry4781380

The only private school here is a Catholic school. I'll pass. And I post it here to vent, not because I expect one of you to come swooping in on a rope and take me to Never-Never Land. Though if one of you would be so kind, that'd be great thanks.

Wrote a long post, then pressed enter and it backspaced. Hang on, will edit in a sec. It HAS affected me on numerous occasions. -Caused me to have to redo a project that I read a 750 page book for. -Cost my parents and myself money when they ruined a trip to Washington D.C., by complaining that the museums were boring until they decided to just go back to the hotel and leave hours early. We didn't get to go to most of the museums as a result. If you didn't want to see museums, then why did you come on this trip? -Constantly slowing progress in classes to the point where we learn only a fraction of what we're supposed to. And it's not that they're not understanding the material and need more time to learn, that's a legitimate reason, and it's not like I am anything special academically myself. What I mean is the 3 classes I have that are constantly interrupted by distractions and BS to the point of missing out on entire units at the end of the year, forcing some questions on the final to be answered by luck and outside knowledge. -Constantly making me miss the one class I'm actually enjoying by leaving a mess of the cafeteria, at which time the lunch assistants force us to stay back and clean the place. Can't say I blame them, but my god, it isn't hard to eat without making a mess. And yes, there will always be stupid people, but after school you at least have more of a choice of who you associate with. You can't get rid of them completely, but I imagine it's at least better than THIS. Here, there's no such freedom.

Weird thing is, the seniors are actually really cool, but the three lower grades are horrendous. Apparently my year isn't the worst though, teachers say that this year's freshman are HORRIBLE compared to us. I can only imagine. Edit: Btw, I just realized that I REALLY should clarify. When I said violence is the only solution, I meant to the people on the bus, not the school in general, though it is still a fine choice IMO. Those that read my RLH&A post, the peaceful option worked for a while with them, but it seems to be ending.

Or maybe you should stop caring about insignificant [cabbage]. Kids are disrespectful. This is not a new thing. Alright, I'll just stop caring about being forced to be around these people. Disrespect to the level of making fun of a holocaust survivor a few feet away from him? To trying to convince a kid with a mental disability that his dead grandfather will be there when he gets home so he'll be upset when he gets there? (He didn't believe them obviously, apparently they think autistic=stupid, but the point is that they would try).I refuse to believe it. This cannot be normal behavior. And even if it is, does that mean that nothing should be done about it?

Horrible, horrible day. Holocaust survivor came to speak, with the general message of "If you see [cabbage] going down, DO SOMETHING". Unfortunately the whole thing fell on deaf ears, as the ENTIRE 2 HOUR SPEECH, people were yammering on. It was WORSE than I expected. Girls talked about stupid gossip and crap, boys all laughed at every detail of his stories and made Nazi and holocaust jokes. When they didn't have anything to say, they would VERY loudly clear their throats just to make some kind of noise. At the end when we could ask questions, most people just ask stupid crap that seemed deliberately asked to be offensive. The ones that were in the back that he couldn't see all had a stupid smile on their face. To top it all off, at the end of the day, that autistic kid on my bus was made fun of again. This time they were trying to convince him that his dead grandpa that he loved is waiting for him back at home. I jumped in, and it was very close to a fist fight before we came to his stop. I am convinced that violence is the ONLY way to end this crap.
