Take the amulet with you and a rope.Get to the raft and instead of swimming to the rock, use the rope with it.You will be on a ledge.Use the rope with a tree and you'll be in front of a door.Click on the door and it'll open.

Well the thieving cape is in the shop window.To open the shop you do need 50 agility.Talk to him about the cape?he will probably open the shop for you , even without 50 agility.

You have to go back in Gnome Tree Village.Pass the metal pieces that let you out of it, then go down into the dungeon.There is a gnome there.Talk to him.You will get a pebble from him.Teleport to the Barbarian Outpost using a games necklace.Go to the raft, at the house south of the outpost.Climb it.Try to swim over to the rock,because the raft will crash.You won't be able to and you'll appear on a green plain.There is a tombstone nearby(north-east I think).Use the pebble with the tombstone then climb down.The amulet will be in a chest, near some Moss Giants.You can't take any combat related items in the tombstone.

I'd say that the SGS helps with slayer/teaming at monster hunting.As you said, you won't train slayer at the moment, you don't use teams, so you might aswell sell it.Wait 1 more day? see if the sgs will rise again.

I think "Mod Nexus" might be a program used for all the mods,somesort of supermod that can access everything on the website/forums.

400k-as in fletching xp or money? I can make roughly 60k bolts/hr->180k xp /hr. 60k*~3gp?profit=180k gp. The unfinished part can be bought from any slayer master for 50gp.Below Duradel there is a fishing shop, which sells feathers for 6gp each.The prices might be better in ge, but I'd rather get the components fast.
