You need a bow for this.Use Bow->Log. Keep using tinderboxes.If you really want to use bows, equip 1 and have 1 in the inventory of the same type.

It seems that Void is usefull at monsters with low defence,where the extra damage shows.At monsters with high defence,due to the relatively low accuracy of void , d'hide is better.

Full set with Melee helmet gives 10% Attack and Strength.

Jagex would have to ban thousands of members.I don't think they'd venture out that far.I just happen to have 76k on me and kill someone that happens to have 26k on him...what's the problem? For the Relekka diary?You can also use mangled bones,from killing the skeletons in the dungeon. There is also a Barbarian in the middle of the green dragons , in a small alcove.He drops 100% mangled bones.They're just as good for the diary as chewed ones.

I tried those and most of the charms are green,so not that good xp in how much time it takes to get the charms.
